I used Avis through my insurance to hire a car for 3 weeks while mine was being repaired after an accident, and the service was seamless and professional. Good experience. Thanks guys.

I haven't used the service but it's illegal to beep your horn to announce your arrival for a reason. A car company should know this and not sit in someone's driveway continuously beeping your horn disturbing everyone nearby.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will book with them if come to visit Brisbane next time!

The staff and managers very helpful. I had to take extra week of rental and the manager made it very simple.

Met this reception guy called 'Gerald' Kiwi Guy  to pickup hired car. He  anticipates people to read his mind and when asked him politely about the rates and other information about the hired car he made faces like I have asked him for his Kidneys.When asked him again about rates he rudely said everything is written on printed paper.  I cannot believe that AVIS hired people like him who don't knows how to talk respectfully let alone customer service.  Totally agrees with other comments there are very disrespectful bunch of people works here specially 'Gerald'  I won't be surprised to see this business gone down because of such inefficient and disrespectful people who thinks they are the smartest bunch on this planet and rest all are dumb.

Very friendly staff. When returning my car, the fuel was not full even I went to the gas stations two times. The staff and engineer helped me to fill the fuel full. Friendly and nice. Absolutely recommendable.

Very angry at the fact that I was not told at the start of my rental that the money would be charged at the end of my rental term. Imagine the shock that I look at my account and was overdrawn by $1,000. Rang avis and they said thats what happens. Would have been nice to have been told at the start of the term. They had been taking the money when I started the term and everytime I extended they took the money. Then they took the entire amount today. Will never deal with this company again.

Great service and will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. I hired from the Springwood branch in Brisbane. Not the easiest place to find but was the most cost effective compared to the other branches in Brisbane. I highly recommend and have always used them.

Rented a car from Avis in Slacks Creek for 10 days, was told that it would cost $32 per day, I was also told that if I got the reduced insurance excess it would cost an extra $4 per day, it sounded good to me so I agreed. After 10 days I returned the car only to find that the reduced insurance excess was $27 per day not $4 and that there are a heap of extra hidden fees as well. I was expecting it cost about $400 instead it cost nearly $900. Do not use Avis they are liars and an absolute rip off.
