Do Not sell your Swagman Motorhome here!  There are underhanded tactics at play. Dave the owner of Swagman has a contract with Warner Brothers, Behind Movie World on the Gold Coast. Where by he rents out Our Motorhomes to them for the cast and crew when they are in production. eg Our Motorhome was rented out to them when they were filming Aqua Man:  The Problem here is, All along we thought our Motorhome was sitting in the sales yard for-sale.  We were not informed it had been rented out!  The Vehicle was uninsured at the time and should not have been driven on public roads!  All of our inclusions in the sale; Such as Portable washing machine, Hoses, Filters, Tarps, BBQ, Camping equipment, Were stripped from the vehicle and thrown on a pallet in Swagmans workshop.  How did we find out this happened?  Well we left our E-tag on the windscreen of the vehicle and needed it. We showed up to the yard unannounced to grab it. And nobody could tell us where the vehicle was.  Office staff not know where it was! Ian workshop manager not know where it was! And Dave was nowhere to be found!  It appears that it was stolen. And technically you could say it was!  Finally after 6 hours of panic we get in touch with Dave on his mobile.  He informs us the vehicle is on hire and on set at Warner Brothers.  He claims we were informed via email. Not the case.  He agrees to pay us half the rental income. If we provide an invoice with an ABN: So we had to register an Australian Business Number:  Guess What?  We still have not received Payment at this point in time. Which is over 12 months waiting time.  So, we thought we should let you all know.  The only reason we had to come off the road is because one of us was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour.  Very sad ending here!  Can not believe we have been treated this way.  Spoke with Abigail this morning, 26/09/2018  Stated account still has not been reconciled. Because Dave is too busy. Well its a two way street. You need to look after your customers.  She was quite rude on the phone and kept wanting to hang up.  I stated that i would leave a review on the internet about what happened.  She said you can't do that!  I said yes you can, Its called a product review.  She said this is not a product, Its office stuff. So "Good-luck with that"  Well here it is. part 1  More to follow on our Blog, Social media sites and YouTube channel.  We will not stop until the account is settled.
