Overpriced and dishonourable. Terrible backup service. If you try to make them accountable for things your not happy with what they have done, they will try to point the blame at anyone but themselves and will go back on there word. You’ll find out later you paid twice as much as other shops in the area for a simple wheel alignment on a small truck too.
I had a nail in my tyre which caused a puncture, rang Millard's at 07:30am, was told to visit ASAP, got there for 8am and the car was fixed by 08:30am. The best customer service you could wish for. I cannot recommend this place enough. Will always come here for my tyres in the future.

Great service friendly staff
Thank you Millard’s, just dropped in here to see if I could get some new tyres put on and had ten minutes till close on a Saturday morning. Millard’s were more than happy to help me out and get me back on the road. I would definitely recommend Millard’s to my family and friends for there tyre needs.
Very prompt service and went out of their way to replace punctured tyre on our journey back to Melbourne. Very grateful. Special thanks to Harry.
