An Institution- if you are travelling between Brisbane and the Gold Coast this is a must do. I grew up hearing about this pie shop, but it’s more than that it is a well oiled machine offering both dine in and drive through. On offer is a variety of savoury pies, sausage rolls and pasties as well as sweet options. They also offer family size pies.nWe partook of the lamb coconut curry, a mild curry with tender lamb,my husband had the traditional beef pie with mash and mushie pies; such a generous serve.nMake this your morning tea stop.

I visited Yatala Pies for the first time on Thursday with my boyfriend and was impressed. The pies and desserts are a great value for money,good size and very filling. I got a Steak,Cheese and Bacon Pie, an Apple Pie and a Caramel Tart and everything was delicious I highly recommend
Stopped by Yatala Pies in Brisbane — the place is nice and cool with plenty of seating, and the service is really quick. They even have a drive-thru, which is super convenient.nnI ordered the bacon & cheese pie. The crust was delicious — flaky and perfectly baked — but the filling wasn’t as good as I expected. Overall, it’s a decent spot, especially for the pastry and quick service.
