With a combined total of 70 years’ experience and qualifications in the Australian

The most courteous knowledgeable people in the boat business. Drove pretty far for a part, had Daryl problem solve and diagnose a cracked bracket from a few dodgy phone images. Spent so much personal time helping me with kindness and patience even though flat out due to Christmas. Thanks Daryl's mum for the great convo while I waited. Big tidy yard. They didn't have my part but printed it off and gave me advice on how to buy the kit I need. Highly recommend the professional service!

My mate purchased a used 3.5hp tohy from this old bloke at a reasonable price. They assured him that it was working, serviced and pumping water fine. Got it home, dropped it in the barrel, no water pumping through tell tale. Checked the impeller, low and behold the impeller that was in bits, some melted to the housing, gasket tore apart with the housing. Wanted to get it on the water, didn't take it back for the 7-day return warranty and didn't want to deal with an untrustworthy business, saved myself some time by replacing the impeller, cleaning the melted rubber in the housing with a Dremel, and put it back together, works great now. lucky we checked before we took your word for it to work, could have been stuck high and dry out on the water. Would have been 1 star but the motor is working great now, thanks to us, the customers. Won't be dealing with these guys again.
Managed to find the exact parts I need in minutes! Tony us very well versed on what he has available and he has pretty much everything!
Tony was very helpful even thought he couldn't located the part i needed he pointed me in the right direction.
Bought a remote control kit with all parts needed. Tony was very knowledgeable and it fit great. However it was missing some links which I was almost charged for had I not said something. I also purchased a link which was not for my engine but was assured it will fit, based on Tony's knowledge I trusted him and unfortunately it did not. So he said to just bring it back which I did and was almost charged a restocking fee, which I would have no problem with except I was never made aware of this apon purchase let alone purchase of a part that may have worked based solely on Tony's knowledge. This bothered me as my time is valuable and driving up and done already 3 times was enough. The lady behind athe cou ter and Tony are both very polite. And pricing was not cheap but fair considering the market, however customer service and communication could do with a small improvement.I also run a business and being on the other side of the fence today .if it was my customer I'd want to know about their experience. Thanks again
i took my outboard in this morning, thinking it would be days/weeks to get repaired, But, Tony and his crew responded immediately and repaired my problem. They could not have been more pleasant if they tried and the mechanic's knowledge and explanation of the problem made it easy for any layman to understand. thanks again.
They had a hard to find part in good condition and reasonably priced.. with fast shipping bulky. Ordered late afternoon - had it on courier the next day with the part delivered the following morning. Highly recommendable service. product as described and they sent photos for peace of mind before purchase. many thanks Steve
