Just had Shannon of Yatala Trimming and upholstery replace my complete canvas and clears on my gold stream wind up camper .a top job with quality materials  . At a more than fair price .could not ask for more.!!!!!!!

So their motto is you dream it and we will seam it, or something like that. Well I had a little dream of the perfect pop top canopy for my truck but Yatala Trimming seamed me up the wrong way. Let me start with there is an ongoing feud between Shannon and his apprentice and it seems my project bore the full brunt. It was not a complex job. I had everything prepared and all they had to do was install a bit of vinyl. The job was so bad the first time that I had to take it back to them to be redone. First bit of rain and it would of been like a swimming pool inside my pop top. The workmanship was of such poor standered. I understand that the work was carried out by an apprentice but this apprentice has already been working there for over a year. I think I would of fired that apprentice if he/she was representing my business in such a bad way. When I had to bring back the truck a second time to get redone I had to play mediator between Shannon and his apprentice. Shannon (the owner) did not want to talk to his apprentice so asked if I could relay instructions and tell the apprentice what had to be fixed on the truck. Now I think that everyone out there would agree that this is not a good sign for any type of business. I asked the apprentice to just do the bare minimum as I did not trust them anymore and did not want anymore accidental holes in my work. Basically to sum it up I would think twice before going there. Maybe they will treat you differently but I personally would never trust them again.

Recently bought a Ute and needed a tarp made to protect my tools, took 4 hours, dropped it in early morning and picked it up after work. Quick and easy and it wasn't a hassle. The tarp was a quality job, suits the colour of my Ute very well, thank you very much, i'll definitely revisit in the future if i need more jobs done.
