Peter was super helpful in helping me find my first helmet! Explained everything in depth and provided me with multiple options! Even though I took a while to work out what one I wanted he never gave up on helping me. Great salesperson and even better bloke!
Such good service here! Other bike shops I’ve been to even when spending $1000+ still ignore you but not here. Got helped straight away and the guy was so patient and helpful with me picking out a bag that suited my needs and had to get them down from a tall wall. The place is also huge so have almost everything you need. Only bad thing is I wanted to buy fox motion boots but they don’t stock in my size so had to go elsewhere.
Huge selection of motorcycle accessories including helmets, clothing and other aparall. Oils, chain lube etc etc extremely knowledgeable and helpful friendly staff. Great prices and I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Highly recommend

I normally come to this store to get equipment, but recently bought 2 new tyres and got them fitted. I was really happy with the price and customer service. However when asked my tyre size i would like fitted I asked for 110/90-19. The same size tyre that was on the rim originally. I waited a whole week for a phone call to be told they where ready, no call I had to call my self to see if they where done. They had fitted the wrong tyre 100/90/19, I then came down to the shop a week later to purchase a chain link removal tool, to get home and realise they sold me a chain press for o-ring chains. I was very clear that I needed to remove a link from my chain. Not press the chain !
They advertise as having the best prices for motorcycle gear and accessories. Sorry but far from it. I'm a local and have purchased a lot of stuff from AMA at Yatala but was very disappointed with the lack of competitive pricing with my latest purchase being a Revit Sand 4 h2o jacket. AMA had it advertised for a reduced price of $799.95 instead of $850 for the silver/black colour. I wanted the camo brown colour which they didn't have in stock. I asked the young bloke who worked there no complaints with him how long to get in the camo brown one. While he was away I checked on my phone and found EasyR based in Brisbane who had one in my size for $721 delivered! Big difference between $850 and $721!! After checking the young bloke came back and said they could get me a jacket in maybe a week or so and the price was $850. I asked why not the reduced price of $799. He said he didn't know. I also asked would AMA price match and he said No it was not company policy. Needless to say I ordered the jacket I wanted online and it arrived 3 days later. AMA if you advertise "best prices" then stick to what you say else it's false advertising in my opinion.
Customer service was great. Staff went out of their way to help us find the best helmet we could.
Great price - friendly and helpful service on the phone and quick shipping with tracking. Product AGV helmet was well packed to avoid any damage and exactly as described. Can highly recommend AMA
A good supplier for moto Cross or street racing gear. A little light on for cruiser style apparel. That being said they have a good range of moto cross and street racing apparel and protective gear. helmets,boots, jackets, trousers and gloves. They also stock tyres and an assortment of accessories. Not as big as it's competitors in Springwood and it doesn't have the range or diversity of generic motorcycle gear. If you live locally though, it is certainly worth checking out though as it may save you a trip down the highway.
I received a gift certificate for a different store AMX Springwood and through my own mistake ended up at AMA Yatala. Cameron was super helpful in assisting me to pick out what I wanted and only then I realised my mistake with the gift card and being in the wrong store. I then went to AMX to shop as I had $150 towards what I wanted. No one greeted me, no one asked if I need help after 15min of trying myself and I don't believe the stock variety was there. I finally picked something to spend the gift certificate on and when asking questions at the front, the sales person did not have any idea on the product. Long story short I ended up returning to AMA Yatala the following day to spend a further $350, even without the gift certificate and being twice as far from my home, purely due to the amazing customer service delivered by Cameron.
