A big thumbs down to Caity's Cafe at Yatala. Our company after many years of dealing with you has been banned from ordering due to "complaining" too much about our food. I'm sorry if you get our order right the first time around there would be no need for complaints. I personally order the same sandwich 1 a week with no onion and the last 2 times I have had onion on it. Clearly written on the paper bag my sandwich is in "no onion" but still onion on my sandwich obviously someone there cannot read and therefore should not be preparing special orders. On a regular basis you forget to put in the drinks the girls order with their meals, sometimes you bring them straight back out and other times they are just totally forgotten about all together. I do not see how any of this is the fault of the customer. A couple of times you have given us a free meal for the mix up, on my free meal again I had onion on my no onion order, I didn't bother to complain as it was free, but seriously. My onion is the smallest note on the constant complaints. You may ask why did we keep ordering from you, because when you get it right your food is very nice, but Ce'Leve. We just want what we pay for. Not really that hard, but thanks anyway we will happily take our business to the general store down the road.
