Great staff. Awesome service

Poor form Al-Ko Yatala !!. When expanding opening hours - Your website list the opening hours during holidays " including today 30/12"  I called to check a kept getting message that " we are attending to another customer - please call back in a few minutes" This also indicates you are open.  So I drove 35 km each only to find notice on door "Closed until 4th January!!"  Why on earth did you not update website to show this and changed phone message to say you were closed !! I was not alone in going to facility. Cleaners there said people had been rolling up every day.

Had to source awinding handle for a remis skylight, extremely  rare, phoned terry at alko he rounded me up one, and  guess what  , no charge, what an excellent result 100% in my book,!!!!!

Went to Al-ko for son advice and got it. Friendly and helpful people

First visit, great technical assistance and advise.

Nice and efficient staff and very helpful.

Great service.
