I regularly hire vehicles from two hire places around the corner but I have never felt more welcomed and valued having visited Hertz.

From the moment I walked in, until the day I dropped it back I nothing but praise for them. The vehicle was clean, new and the pickup and drop-off was flawless. Every staff member I spoke with was happy and cheerful and more than happy to help where they could. Credit where credit is due, well done. I look forward to being a regular customer of yours!

Nice and helpful staff. Just a suggestion to get full cover insurance online while booking (if interested) otherwise they charge you extra when done over the counter..

First time car rental user so was a little apprehensive after reading mixed reviews for every car rental company.

My first experience with Hertz was great. Returned the car today (picked up from Brisbane airport) and was very satisfied with the guy who handled the returns. Friendly and efficient, he was a top bloke!
The car was new and tidy and we had no issues. Would definitely consider again next time!

one of my roles is to organise car bookings for all staff in my studio and I use Charlotte street always.  I have had not one complaint in 4 years.
