I should have read the reviews from here, I also got scammed by their fuel rip off, no help from Avis head office when I contacted, just a bill and threats if i don't pay

I was talked to extremely rudely as soon as I had arrived, being told where I could not park. And then told that as a franchise they have different rules on charging customers, but then also told that they have the same policy internationally. Which is total rubbish since I have travelled internationally using budget. Left very unimpressed, and frankly angry for such terrible people skills. I Won't use budget in Australia, ever. Nor should you.
