Selling made easy! Recently my partner and I sold our first home. Having previously never sold a property, we were both quite nervous about the process and unsure on who the right agent was for the job. A mutual friend highly recommended Kris Matthews, and looking back now, we both agree we made the right decision. Kris's knowledge of the market is second to none and his dedication to making the sale process as smooth as possible is unrivalled. As we were interstate for a majority of the sale period, Kris went above and beyond to keep us informed with updates on open inspections and possible buyers. At times Kris even went as far as maintaining the property in order to have it looking 100% for open inspections. All of the above led to a sale price which was far beyond our expectations and well before auction day. Kris has a genuine passion for the real estate industry along with an endless enthusiasm to achieve the best results possible and we wouldn't hesitate to use Kris again to sell another property. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Brooke Dean at Ray White Toowong. She has gone above and beyond to help us get into our new house a few days early so I could move everything from the old place before I went overseas. Upon coming back and having a few issues with the house, she has been incredibly helpful and quick to sort out these issues. A wonderful agent and I would recommend her to anyone.

In over 20 years as a Landlord, Beau Isaacson, is the most professional property manager I have come across. He is very knowledgeable about the Brisbane rental market. Beau was our original property manager at the agency we had our two units at before he came across to Ray White. After he left the old agency, the service and attention to detail went down hill. We made the decision to move both properties across and couldn't be happier. Whenever I have a question he is prompt and detailed in his response providing good, sound, logical advice. He is a credit to an industry that is extremely transient, good property managers are hard to find. Happy to recommend him to anyone looking to place their property in safe hands. Keep up the good work Beau, Ray White are lucky to have you.

Just finished signing a bond for a rental and I gotta admit that it was a pleasure working with RayWhite Toowong. Kate was absolutely friendly...she went above and beyond to get the approval in a tight time frame. Highly recommended!

I feel comfortable to have my property under Ray White Toowong office & their professionals management. They always keep me informed, take good care of my property, satisfy both landlord & tenants' requirement. Most importantly, their accounting personnel always collect & wire rent to my account in time. It really helps to pay my bank loan on schedule. I highly trust their services!
