Prorentals have looked after our properties for several years, the last six being with the same manager. I have nothing but praise for the way our properties, and also the tenants who rent them, are looked after. They know a happy tenant is more likely to take care of their home and renew their lease again. Any maintenance issue is dealt with as quickly as possible, and only involves me if it's expensive and I need to decide which quote to accept.
We regularly get letters from other agencies offering us financial incentives to change to them, but they all go straight into the bin. When you are already getting excellent service, you stick with it. Simple as that

I began the process of contact through the website and within a few hours had set up a meeting on a Sunday. The photos that day were extremely professionally taken and looked well in the ad which was up within hours. All inspections were checked in with me and when an application was received a text message with particulars was sent. This was followed up once the documents had been checked out by phone. While different agents responded to inspection requests, the one point of contact within the agency was excellent. The New Business Manager showed me their system and the database on our first meeting. Bringing and using the technology such as off site access to the data and carrying a small note book provided evidence that this agency was absolutely geared to rental and had a capacity for managing their knowledge that many agents could access information about any particular property with ability to compare with other like properties in their system in an area. To have the first application within 24 hours was incredible and three within a week outpaced a former agent that had had the property for over a month without one application.
The professional advice I was given straight up to ensure my property was compliant with legislation in Queensland also impressed me.

I have previously been a tenant with this agency and found no issues at all with their service.  When there was an issue with the property being rented it was fixed/ attended to quickly.

I recently considered several companies to property manage one of my properties in the Brisbane area and after speaking with many agents had decided on using Prorentals due to their New business manager's professionalism and frankly, I wouldn't have trusted my property with any of the other agents I met with as some didn't even make the appointment they set with me.

How about you all get your own house and see how wonderful it is to have an amazing company take care of your property.  I'm sure you all have much better things to do so don't get old before your time or you'll find yourself at the doctors complaining of a joint ache.

Having bought and sold a couple of houses, rented many properties, and now a first time landlord, i have found Prorentals to be the most professional real estate agent i have come across.  They have always contacted me in the first instance when anything required repairing and ensured that the repairs were carried out in a timely manner.  I have never come across a business with such detailed management processes before such as sending photographs of entry, periodic and exit inspections which show condition of the property over a period of time.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Prorentals to either other owners or tenants alike and will be engaging them for any other Brisbane Property Management needs that i have in the future.
