Terrible service!! I reserved a car for the 18th February 2018 (last Sunday) for 8.30am. I get there on time and a very enthusiastic man served me. He was almost to enthusiastic as I could tell he was too confident about everything. He told me to go to Level 1 in the attached carpark of the building and my car would be in the designated Avis parking spots. I go up to Level 1 as he instructed and the car cannot be found. I spent 10 minutes looking for the car via the number plate and pressing the key. Eventually, I decided to go back down to the Avis Office and happened to run into one of the Avis mechanics. I asked him where I would find the car and he told me its in the car wash. It was now 9.00am (half an hour after the car should of been ready). 

When leaving the carpark, I used the parking ticket that was already in the car which the man previously instructed me to use as it had already been paid for. I get to the parking machine in the car and it asks me for $30.00. I rang the help button on the machine and a lady from secure parking said they have no association with Avis and I must pay. Regardless of what I explained she did not care. There were now about 10 cars behind me so I paid and decided to get reimbursed out of the parking lot without holding up everyone. When I went to the same guy explaining the situation he did not care at all. I told him I was writing this review and he brushed it off. Well I hope the management see this because this service is disgraceful. Complete rip off and waste of my time. Definitely will never be renting a car from here again!

HIDDEN FEES - I hired a vehicle for $700 and after all of the fees is cost me almost $1400 which was drawn from my account a week after I returned it.

Easy and helpful car hire service, but they tried the old trick of trying to sting me for not filling up the car with petrol upon return, which I had, at the petrol station up the road approximately 5 minutes before I returned the car. Their service is easy to use, and the car was clean and well maintained, but just be careful about being charged unnecessarily at the back end.
