We hired a Jucy Crib in Brisbane for our trip to Sydney. On a positive note, it got us from point A to B, and the staff in Sydney was pleasant to deal with.nnWe picked up our Jucy Crib Friday morning, and that same afternoon, we went back to explain the issues we had. He told us that there is nothing he can do, we need to come back the next day at 12pm and he can swap it out for another one which we couldn't as we had plans to get onto the road. He said we had vehicle insurance, so if anything happens, we can call roadside assistance, and they can sort it out. This was the first and the last time that we will ever use Jucy again. The Crib was old and broken down and not worth the money we paid for.nnOn a negative note, we had numerous issues with the Crib.n- x2 of the windows only worked sometimes.n- The handbreak made a loud beeping noise every time we stopped while the car was still on.n- The engine light kept coming onn- Passenger side of the sliding door had to be forcefully pushed closed and hold for 10 seconds to close properly and couldn't be locked from the outside.n- x1 Full gas bottle and the 2nd one was empty they didn't even check itn- Limited space for sleeping & bag storagennCheck Jucy Crib license plate #386WMK before you get it.

Within a couple of hours of renting a vehicle with this car rental company, the car shuttered and broke down on the freeway in the middle of rush hour. We had to go through heaps and bounds to get towed to a safe place and to have the car towed back to the rental place. It was a terrifying experience especially when travelling with two small children and being in a foreign country. While there were some nice people who helped to assist the situation, we lost a whole day of our trip and ended up waiting for hours for help. The safety of these vehicles is questionable and each vehicle should be going through daily inspections to ensure the safety of those renting these vehicles. In my opinion, it is completely irresponsible of a company to be renting out cars that have the potential to cause harm to the people renting them out. We requested for a full refund and it was denied. Although another vehicle was offered, after the experience we had, we simply did not trust the reliability of the vehicles that were being offered. I would not recommend this car rental company to anyone! Take your money elsewhere to avoid the headache!

TO AVOIDnn[Sorry for my English]nnI usually rented car in Europe but it my first time in Australia and my worst experience ever with a rental car.nnWe pick up a Jucy champ van from Cairns to Brisbane during 3 weeks and we had several issues :n- the fuel consumption was too high. We had to fill up 60L of gaz tank every 2 or 3 hours. Knowing that there is a speed limiter at 100kmphn- the car was rumbling above 70kmph - we had the red engine light on the dashboadn- the second battery was in very poor condition big corrosive, so the fridge is not running reliablyn- there was no fluid for the window cleaners in the car, proof that the fluids have not been checkedn- the camping cooker was not working - the car had tendency to turn left on the street - the rooftop tent had no moskitonet : one moskitonet has holes and the other one is missingn- the crank for the rooftop tent broke after a few days and we had to fix it ourselves And during our road trip:n- the 17th of february, jucy sent us a road assistant to fix the fuel consumption issue, but the mechanical couldn't do anythingn- the 22th of february, the front left wheel punctured during the evening. We tried to replace the wheel with the spare wheel but that one did not fit on the car ! Jucy sent us a road assistant. Unfortunately he couldn't do anything again!? He told us he will come only the day after with a new wheel. Fortunately we managed to fix the tire ourselves but we lost one day.nnThe negative points :n- customer service is quite complicated to get - their mechanics don't properly check upn- their road assitants came between 2 and 4 hours during the day and purposely comes empty-handed to do an other intervention.nnAfter a lot of complaints by mail and calls they finally refund us a small part but which barely covered the cost of gasoline...nnIt's unacceptable to rent a car in this condition. It was the first and last time !

Failure by Brisbane Airport Shuttle to pick us up, failure by rude, unhelpful service staff to help us in any way possible, as we arrived at 2.00pm, she was inflexible in arranging a pick up or an alternative, despite having our flight arrival details, as our flight was 30 mons late. There was no information on our booking confirmation regarding the office being closed at 2.0pm Saturday. So disappointed, we are demanding a full refund as we had prepaid. Whilst the company did eventually contact us, and asked us to contact them with details, via Instagram, which we did, they have completely ignored our response. I would never recommend using this company.

Ive been a lot of places and talked to a lot of cab drivers. Jucy was fine. I cant express how amazing the shuttle driver was from brisbane to the train. Man took us to a 10$ cheaper train. Had good charisma. Told me about the city. I didn’t have cash or id tip him nd i know yall dont wven tip here. Whoever the shuttle driver was at 2 pm on march 9 deserves a raise. I wouldnt review yall if he wasnt such an amazing fellow. Jucy rocks cuz of him. My van rental was good.
