Overall, I was happy with the van as well as the customer service. The van was a bit ratty, but the linens were fresh and the pillows super comfy. I loved the roof top tent! It was easy to pop open and really gave a sense of camping in the bush. The mini fridge didn't work, so make sure when you pick up your vehicle, make sure it's working. Also, the van I had didn't require external power,  which would have been good to know before I had booked a caravan spot with power. Overall a good experience. Will definitely rent from Jucy again.

One star and even that is generous.nnAbsolutely unacceptable experience. The van was in a terrible condition: dirty from the moment we picked it up, poorly maintained equipment, and a mattress that was clearly not clean. Basic hygiene standards were simply not met.nnThe van had a leak, which meant we couldn’t use any water for the entire trip. The dishes were dirty, the fridge was broken… nothing worked properly. We paid for a service that was clearly not delivered.nnI took the time to send detailed feedback about all these issues and never received any response. The after-sales service is non-existent.nnThis shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Avoid at all costs.

!!!!!Negative5*!!!!!nCarefull - this company is completely costumer unfriendly  - when pickup at 10am - my camper finally was ready for me by 5pm !nNot enough personnel for the amount of customers on site - even worse when I returning my vehicle same situation.. big line up of more than 20 people all waiting loosing a full day of their trip.. another customer had to return because the campervan's waterpump didn't work another one had technical problems with the air pressure in the tires.. all had to loose extra hours in an insane lineup..nMe asking to talk about my desatisfaction to the manager.. who stand working at her desk was being asked to wait until the lineup will be done .. and because of I had to get to my flight being ignored and very unfriendly rejected in front of the other customers - vehicles offered with unprofessional repairs , no deep clean , not fully checked and often not fully tanked..

I rented the Coaster campervan for six days in May 2026 and it was a wonderful experience! From pick up to drop off, the entire process was a breeze and I felt safe and supported. I am from the United States of America where we drive on the opposite side of the road, but with the advanced technology the van was equipped with lane assist, speed limit sign indicator, cruise control, etc it made the adventure much less intimidating. I loved that the lights, outlets and mini fridge ran on their own battery that charged as you drove, so I was never without electricity! I didn't end up using the cooking appliances or sink, but I was relieved to know it was an option if I desired. The front and back curtains rolled up to cover the windows fully for privacy at night. The bed portion of the van was comfortable and the bedding kept me warm during the chilly mornings. Gas mileage was great for a larger diesel vehicle and it was easy to maneuver in parking lots. I parked at various rest stops during my trip which were always camper van friendly with working toilets, although there is a portable toilet to use in the van if needed as well. I would highly recommend renting from Jucy if you want to see the sights of Australia and New Zealand on a budget. Or, if you're thinking of living in a van full time, this would be a great way to decide if it's right for you!

We hired a Coaster for 10 days between Brisbane and Cairns and had nothing but issues.nFirstly the tap was unusable for one person, which was one of the staffs 'favourite' features about this van.nOur table was broken to sat at such an angle that you couldn't use it without everything sliding off.nThere was an entire screw sticking out which is very dangerous.nThere was boogers wiped all over the inside of the van, rubbish and old food down the back of the fridge.nOn the more major side of things, our bed didn't fit together so we both had to sleep on a bench for 10 days which left us extremely sleep deprived, which isn't ideal for a roadtrip.nour gas stove set on fire in the back of the van which was absolutely terrifying. Left us both very shook up, and we're so lucky we didn't get burnt.nOn our second to last day the electrics stopped working, turning our fridge off and leaving us having to throw away all of our weeks food.nThroughout all of this, customer support took 3 days to contact us about our issues while on the road.nI'm absolutely furious.n$2000 spent and they only offered us $300 back for, no sleep, near death and filth.nDisgusting.nI will not be using Jucy again.
