Alpha Car Hire Brisbane Airport

I booked a car through the Jetstar website. Through this deal it is not made clear that the company is not at the airport and that you have to make use of a shuttle. If I had known this I definitely would not have booked as our flight was very early in the morning and this just added to the time we had to arrive. Car was in a good condition, the shuttle drivers are extremely friendly and helpful, but the ground staff helping you to check in is quite rude.

Booked this car at the last minute for friends from Norfolk Island that had already arrived at Brisbane. Absolutely awesome to deal with, provided everything we asked for and then done more without cost, car was ready, clean and paperwork ready to go when we arrived. The whole pickup only took a few minutes. Dropping it off was even faster. So good - highly recommend

Lovely car and the best price by far. I was apprehensive with using a company off the airport but their shuttle was so fast. They come so regularly and are so close to the airport. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them next time!

We have used Alpha a few times now when visiting Australia on holiday. Very easy process from booking online to car pick up, use and return. Professional service, sound knowledgeable staff. Car is always spic and span/clean and tidy. Car hire made easy and affordable! Will always use Alpha car hire when travelling in Australia!

I almost always go with Alpha, as they are competitive and seek to beat any quote. I work away, and so rely on these guys fairly often for car hire as I don't have a need to own a vehicle. They make hiring a vehicle for a long period of time a very viable option.
