Not familiar with Brisbane airport and Alpha made  it stress free with prearranged shuttle to site. Hassle-free check-in to pickup vehicle and drop off on return. Company cars modern spotless and comfortable. Very much made a 4 day trip from NT easier. Recommend company to others.

One of the best rental experiences I've had so far! The shuttle bus pickup was seamless, and the drivers were friendly, courteous, and attentive. I had several pieces of luggage, and they helped me load them onto the bus, making the process stress-free.nnThe counter staff were welcoming and informative, and the rates were the most affordable I found. They even helped adjust the rental hours to maximize my usage. The child seat hire was also cheaper than other providers.nnBest of all, the bond was released within 30 minutes of returning the car. I’ll definitely use this company again when I visit Brisbane!

A great company, spacious office, affordable cars, they do get more revenues from add ons as the sales push for them, which is fair enough. Standard insurance comes with 5k excess.nThe van comes pretty quickly to pick up customers from the airport, although you would need to call their landline number beforehand, so be careful if you only have data pack.nTheir website is also good, prices on the website is cheaper than aggregator/ agents sites.nThe best thing about this company is that they open from 7am till 9pm, very handy.

Alpha car hire were excellent. I had messed up with the date I booked and the friendly gentleman at the counter was able to sort it out for me and provide a car instantly and then rates remained the same. They also accepted a debit card which was great as I don't have a credit card. Such good value as well, they were the cheapest but still completely professional and seamless in the hiring process

Alpha car Staff were really nice and helpful. Thanks to them all.nVery nice companynnif you could have a counter in the airport terminal that would be perfect.nActually, we always rent a car with this company, it would be nice to have a subscriber system. a loyalty program with discounts at stake.
