Highly recommended! Great value, no nonsense car hire co. Airport shuttle drivers were great, and even helped us return to get a handbag left in their waiting room. Service staff explained everything carefully and the car was perfect for our needs!

Everything went really smoothly and without complications! Booking, collection, toll processing and return all went perfectly! Totally reliable car in great condition. Friendly and helpful staff. Incredibly fair price! Would definitely recommend Alpha Car Hire and book again myself! I had a great 2 weeks with the car! Thank you!

Cannot fault any part of the experience with Alpha Car Hire. The pick up and drop off driver was amazing helpful and very professional, office staff efficient and pleasant, the car was clean but was not impressed with the MG3. Overall a great experience

If you’re in the market for a cheap affordable but reasonable car in Brisbane give these guys a go. Cheap as a street meal in Bali but don’t get too carried away. Cars are roadworthy basic but functional. The shuttle bus driver was helpful and friendly. The person who I did the hiring from was initially curt but came around. Check the entire car before you leave the parking lot. Accomodating but honest. Don’t take anything for granted thought. 5 stars!!

Our experience with booking, pickup, toll road charge processing, and drop off, was a seamless process. This made for a worry free holiday for the two weeks we had the vehicle. Friendly and helpful staff. Vehicle was near new and spotless and 100 percent reliable. Based on our experience I would certainly recommend Alpha Car Hire.
