Really quick and simple process, pick up and drop off was easy, the staff were friendly and professional. Obviously as the name & website suggests, the cars are older but they’re clean inside and run perfectly fine. An excellent, much cheaper alternative for a rental car. Would definitely use again!

Great option if you want a reliable cheap car without the frills. I hired a car for 11 days and had no problems. The car was a little rough on the outside with hail damage but the inside was clean.comfortable  and both the air cond and heater  worked well. I hired a  small little 4cyl , it was all i needed for my trip. It was so cheap to travel in. And the price  was fantastic ! It was less than a third of what a new car wouldve cost me. Will definately hire again from these guys. They were helpful and courteous.

I am a retired Employment Officer with 8 years in the old CES - training people towards job readiness. Jimi could’ve written the training manual with his charming and engaging, never patronizing, manner. He outlines all services and charges in a very clear manner and allays concerns potential my have. He was a joy to listen to when dealing with customers and a wonderfully entertaining chap one-on-one. And beside all this, the cars are solid, clean and reliable and the charges are very reasonable! Hired a van for a family Christmas light drive.  Van was smelly and the part of the gear stick was broken upon receipt of the vehicle.  We have been charged $110 to replace the already broken gear stick.  The staff refuse to acknowledge that a van in such terrible condition could possibly be damaged.  Rent A Bomb is not worth the hassle and we will avoid in the future.

As long as you don't go in with unrealistic expectations you will find this a bargain alternative to car rental. I hired a ute for 24 hours for $50. Very happy with that. Customer service was great too. Will be back for sure.

Honestly, my expectations were low but actually it was great! My car was perfect. Clean, reliable and mostly importantly affordable. The cars are from the early 2000's. I would easily rent another car from them. Also they offer transport to the airport! Give them ago!

Worst car rental place I have ever dealt with. Tried to book a car as ours was in shop getting fixed. Got sent a confirmation on Friday morning and showed up at 4pm on Friday afternoon to pick up to be told booking had been cancelled. Joke of a business.
