Rented a people mover Velfire it was good. Just serviced on the day we pickup. We had like 10 days South to North Island trip. No issues with the car. Drives well. Customer service is great as well. They answer all your questions either by call or face to face. Even though it’s not in the airport terminals, Shuttle bus is provided.

Excellent experience renting the Toyota Aqua. The car was awesome — very reliable, easy to drive, and extremely efficient on petrol. It had no trouble at all the whole time I had it.nnCommunication was excellent from start to finish, and they were very easy to deal with. They even provided a phone holder, which was really useful and worked out well. I also extended the rental twice, and both times everything was handled smoothly with no stress.nnOverall, great service, great car, and a very good rental experience. I’d happily rent from them again and definitely recommend them.

You get what you pay for. The car Toyota Aqua has a bit of high KM 180k but was clean inside.nnUnfortunately, we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get picked up from the domestic terminal.nnI didn’t realised at the time of pick up that the fuel wasn’t full see picture so that was another let down alongside the iffy side mirror on my Toyota Aqua.nnI would pay a little more to use a higher quality car rental company, especially if you are planning to do a long road trip.

I rented a car with Yes Rentals and had a great experience! They picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off at the end of our trip, which made everything super easy. When we arrived, they welcomed us with a big smile and even offered coffee, tea, or water such a nice touch!nnThe car itself was comfortable, clean, and affordable. We rented it for 4 days and had no issues at all. It ran smoothly and was in really good condition.nnOverall, the service was amazing friendly staff, good prices, and a reliable car. I definitely recommend Yes Rentals!
