Their service was absolutely outstanding, and they went above and beyond to help me in a moment of crisis.nnWhen I arrived in Auckland, I was waiting at the designated pickup point for their shuttle. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my phone there without realizing it. It wasn’t until we were already halfway to the rental office that I suddenly panicked—my phone was missing!nnThe driver, instead of showing any impatience, was incredibly kind and understanding. Without hesitation, he turned the vehicle around and drove all the way back to the airport pickup spot. Given the traffic and distance, this was no small effort, but he did it willingly, with a warm and reassuring attitude. Thankfully, my phone was still there, untouched. I can't even begin to describe the relief I felt at that moment.nnWithout my phone, my entire trip in New Zealand would have been a complete mess. This driver saved me from a potential disaster, and for that, I am beyond grateful. Amazing service. Staff are incredibly friendly and even got a wee gift when leaving. Car was so economical, $11 for petrol!!! Love it. Definitely using again
