Rented a people mover Velfire it was good. Just serviced on the day we pickup. We had like 10 days South to North Island trip. No issues with the car. Drives well. Customer service is great as well. They answer all your questions either by call or face to face. Even though it’s not in the airport terminals, Shuttle bus is provided.

We had an excellent experience with this car rental company. The entire process was smooth, quick, and incredibly convenient from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful, making everything completely stress-free.nThe car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Their outstanding customer service and attention to detail really made our trip more enjoyable.nI highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental service. Thank you for making our journey so comfortable—we will definitely choose you again in the future!

TIAN is an incredibly responsible and patient person. We had a 40-minute phone call, and he explained everything thoroughly, from the car pick-up process to returning the car. I also had quite a few “silly” questions, but he was always patient and took the time to answer all of them and clear up my doubts.nnI really appreciate his professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. Thank you so much, TIAN! You are a great asset to the team. I’m especially grateful to this wonderful guy from the Philippines for making everything so easy and stress-free!

I rented a car with Yes Rentals and had a great experience! They picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off at the end of our trip, which made everything super easy. When we arrived, they welcomed us with a big smile and even offered coffee, tea, or water such a nice touch!nnThe car itself was comfortable, clean, and affordable. We rented it for 4 days and had no issues at all. It ran smoothly and was in really good condition.nnOverall, the service was amazing friendly staff, good prices, and a reliable car. I definitely recommend Yes Rentals!

Pleasant staff and very reasonable price, one of the cheapest we found. Car did the job adequately. Good to get from A to Z. Hybrid ran more petrol than expected but was okay. Friendly and no fuss agents were super helpful, thanks!
