Great experience renting with a local Rebtel company. Great service, great price. Would go back. They also offer free SIM cards to be activated. No need to buy at the airport !nnThe shuttle service from the airport is a little annoying. But not that bad.

Cannot give less than 5 stars.nnWe have rented Toyota Corolla in the end of February 2024 for 2 weeks. Shuttle arrived to the airport within 10min. Driver was really helpful and polite - great man.nnCollection of the car from the office took around 20min. Staff gave us recommendation about the nearest supermarket as we needed one, also provided leaflet about few toll roads in New Zealand so we don't miss it. We felt very welcomed here - that's the way customer service should be :nnWe bought full insurance so we do not need to pay deposit on the credit card. But the main reason we did that was to stay secure and make our holidays with peace of mind.nnDuring our trip we punctured one of the tyres while driving on the highway. That was Sunday late afternoon. I have mounted the spare one that small one if you know and got back to hotel. I called number of the 24/7 service what I found in the rental contract but they told us to call tomorrow morning to your renting company as this is not emergency now : Ok, so this is Sunday evening, every service in town closed, lets not stress.. Next morning I called to SNAP and they within 5min helped me by emailing me a list of services what can repair my tyre without paying for that. Afterall tyre was changed to new one, no fees for us. Offcourse we lost about 7hrs as the service had to order new tyre, but that's what can happen on the road to anyone, and services do not keep at their warehouses tyres of every single model :nnWe dropped our Toyota at the Christchurch airport branch - max 7 min for all the procedure. Awesome staff member. It felt like I met old friend. Our hotel was beside the airport, I thought I will walk or will take a taxi. But staff offered a shuttle as the distance to the hotel was same as to the airport. So they brought me to the hotel : And it was same guy from the desk - he told me another guy is on the break so make it quick so I don't have to wait : Some people just go an extra mile without any hassle and small things makes customer experience much more positive.nnAfter I came back home to my country I received an email saying they cannot charge my CC for the part of the contract. For this reason will be a fee of 25NZD. After explaining them situation politely and investigating what happened we found out that CC number at the time of collection of the car was taken wrongly - few numbers were swapped between eachother. Simple human mistake. The accountant cancelled the fee. I thought that is worth to mention as some reviews from the customers are about fees what they didn't expect, and the lack of communication from the SNAP side. I must say that was not our case.nnI wood say the experience with SNAP went smoothly for us :nnThanks to all SNAP team!

I had a fantastic experience with this car rental company! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth and easy. They were quick to get me to the airport, which I really appreciated. The car was in great condition and met all my needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service

Rented a Skoda Fabia for nearly 3 weeks. Great value and awesome car.nnHas good features like heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, plenty of parking sensors and keyless entry and start. Super happy to not have to drive a boring cheap car like a Toyota Corolla.nnThe Skoda was very fuel efficient, has about a 40L tank and would get around 700-800km on a tank, which is very good considering the price of fuel in New Zealand. I took the Skoda from Auckland, all the way down to Queenstown and Dunedin, and back up and couldn't have been happier with my choice of car rental.nnAirport shuttle was very convenient, simple to organise following instruction with little wait time. Friendly and helpful driver. Staff at the place were efficient and the car was already right out the front ready to go as I arrived and collecting the car took no longer than about 5 minutes.

I use Snap Rentals each time I need a car when visiting Auckland.  The service is fast and professional and the team are all friendly and helpful.  The pick up and drop off is quick and efficient, and transport to and from the airport is very easy to arrange.  It costs me less to use a Snap Rental than to Uber across Auckland!  Highly recommend.
