I rented a car here for a few days during my trip to Auckland. The customer service was good, and both the car pick-up and drop-off processes were smooth and easy to find. The facilities were convenient and well-organized. My only feedback is that the pricing felt slightly on the higher side, especially with the added cost of the insurance add-on, which was quite expensive.

Good service and friendly staff. But beware of hidden fees. Had two stone chips one paint and the other windscreen. Did my excess of 500. Read conditions and take out extra cover. Car was great apart from overall cleanliness. Hidden rubbish under seats. bugs on front grill.

I had a fantastic experience with Ezi Car rental @  Auckland International Airport. The service was incredibly fast and efficient, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. I rented a Kia Carnival, which was in excellent condition and perfect for my family visiting NZ. The price was great value too. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable car rental, and I’ll definitely be using their service again in the future!

Sophie is amazing!! Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. Me and my partner needed a hire car after our hire car with europcar got cancelled we were super stressed at this point and Sophie helped us get a new hire car quickly and smoothly, the car was perfect and the price was so much cheaper than any other hire car around! Thank you again Sophie, and to her team leader, you got a great staff member!

Rented a Toyota RAV4 hybrid from Ezi car rental. Staff was nice and very helpful. Car was clean and in great condition. There prices were good. Very easy to get to from the Auckland international terminal.
