Having rented a car from this branch for a few days, I can say that Ezi really lived up to its name. From booking, pickup to return, I've not had a simpler or more satisfying overseas car rental experience ever.nnThe 7 seater SUV was clean and drove faultlessly. Usually rental cars aren't specced highly for obvious costs saving. But the Outlander I got had surround camera which made driving safer and easier in tight situations. Other niceties such as adaptive cruise control, Android auto and heated seats front only were useful as well. But the driver attention alert really got on my nerve big time.nnAlthough it's a big vehicle and had no hybrid system, fuel consumption was better than I expected. Then again I'm not a lead foot driver. And I am fully aware that there were strict enforcements against speeding lately.nnIn terms of boot capacity, with the third row folded, our 3 large hard luggages fitted into the space nicely. Ride was comfortable even when I drove over uneven or rough roads. Couple that with the supportive seats, quite often I found my passengers sleeping soundly during long journeys.nnAlthough I had picked the car up from the international terminal, I could return it to the office nearer to Auckland's domestic airport. This flexibility made it much easier for us to catch our domestic flight to Queenstown. On the back of our positive experience with Ezi, our choice of rental car company in Queenstown was a no brainer.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The car was in great/new condition, the service was professional and friendly, and both pick-up and return were quick and hassle-free.nnI especially appreciated how transparent they were about insurance and excess – no hidden surprises at all.nnI highly recommend booking directly through their own website. Would definitely rent from them again.nnRegardsnnAmine

Absolutely perfect! I got a brand new car Toyota RAV4 at a very fair rate, which was also extremely economical.nnPickup and return were very easy, which is why I would definitely rent a car from Ezi again.nnHighly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with Sita and Devika at Ezi Car Rentals Auckland Airport. They were incredibly helpful in assisting my friends and I with resolving our booking issues. They went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Ezi Car Rentals Auckland Airport and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Great Car, great price, and fantastic customer service. The car I received was a newer low mileage vehicle that was in like new condition. I could not be happier. Thank you.
