The whole car rental process with Ezi was smooth and efficient. Booking online, going to the counter at the airport, picking up the car and then handing the keys back at the end of the 2 weeks. We had no issues at all. The car was new and comfortable. An excellent experience. Would use Ezi again and recommend to others because it was so easy!

Picking up and returning the car within the airport area is very convenient, eliminating the need for additional shuttle buses. The process of renting and returning the car is also very efficient, saving a lot of time.

Great Vehicle and fast check out at Auckland Airport. Rental Agent Cece at the international terminal was so helpful and cheerful and got our holiday off to a great start. The return of the vehicle was also very quick. We are returning customers and will keep using Ezi Car rental.
