Always get great service and vehicles here. Even when I had a mechanical issue with my rental recently, they picked it up from work and delivered me this as a replacement. Great service . Would recommend.

This is my second time hiring from Hertz and once again the experience was great. The booking process was easy, staff were friendly and helpful, and the vehicle was clean and well maintained. Pickup and drop-off was smooth and stress free. Reliable service every time with a good range of vehicles to choose from. Definitely happy to keep using Hertz for future rentals.

Excellent service. Car was a little scratched before picking it up and they said just take photos no problems. When I returned it, there was no problems whatsoever.nHertz is the no 1 car rental company. Awesome.

WARNING:nNice car. The TransferCar System was an awesome option. However, Tolls are not included and are overcharged ate $8.13 instead of the $2.60.n1 day of insurance with 0 excess is also grossly over charged at $50.23.nThe absolute WORST is that instead of just holding my credit card for bond, $200 is charged with a 28 day wait after return of car for refund of said bond. This is inconvenient and rude and is totally an Airpor branch only issue.nAll in all, many hidden overcharged costs that I have never come across with any other rental company.nALWAYS ASL FOR HIDDEN COSTS.

We rented our car from Dollar under Hertz. The car was clean and new and it's comfortable. Will recommend and rent again if i am back to NZ.
