We hired thrice with gorentals. The first two were good but the third one was extremely disappointing.n1. One of the front headlight was not workingn2. The seat belt buckle was missingn3. The indoor light wasn't working.n4. The plight of the kid car seat was pathetic.nAttaching the pictures of all of these.nWhen reported to the customer support the response was very casual not understanding the seriousness of how unsafe was it for them to provide a car like this.

Go Rentals makes everything super easy, Especially if you complete their online check in process. Great range of Vehicles, Picked up the car in less than 5 minutes. Same with dropping off. Even when I had a query about getting a stone chip in the windscreen, staff were helpful and able to advise on what to do.

From beginning to end, getting a rental car was completely hassle-free. Everyone we dealt with—both over the phone and at the branch—was super helpful and friendly. We got a great-looking, reliable car at a really affordable price, and it got us to our destination and back without a hitch. Drop-off was quick and easy too. Everything from booking to drop-off was effortless. The team was welcoming, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. The car was spotless, comfortable, and ran perfectly throughout my trip. I genuinely felt well looked after, which made my experience with GO Rentals a 10/10.

Very happy to get the exact car I requested for a very reasonable price. The car was in perfect condition. Staff were very helpful and dropped it to the airport for pick up as I was later than expected. I did all the paperwork online so pick up was very fast and easy, as was drop off. One of the best car rental experiences I’ve had! First time the car advertised was the one I got!
