We hired thrice with gorentals. The first two were good but the third one was extremely disappointing.n1. One of the front headlight was not workingn2. The seat belt buckle was missingn3. The indoor light wasn't working.n4. The plight of the kid car seat was pathetic.nAttaching the pictures of all of these.nWhen reported to the customer support the response was very casual not understanding the seriousness of how unsafe was it for them to provide a car like this.

Go Rentals makes everything super easy, Especially if you complete their online check in process. Great range of Vehicles, Picked up the car in less than 5 minutes. Same with dropping off. Even when I had a query about getting a stone chip in the windscreen, staff were helpful and able to advise on what to do.

Fantastic staff who did their utmost to assist us despite a delayed Air NZ flight arrival. Easy online App check in process was smooth and fuss free. Vehicle condition was immaculate with effectively a brand new Hyundai Tucson awaiting us. We have utilised Go Rentals 3 x now and find the service and vehicle quality excellent, at a good price point.

Been a customer for over 13 years and can not fault Go Rentals Auckland.  Easy online check in, shuttle pick up and the  staff and the shuttle drivers are amazing and friendly. See you all in 2026
