Recently travelled back home to NZ and used AutoUnion and im absolutely thrilled to chuck em 5 stars.. easy booking process to excellent customer service with clean maintained assets…. Prices were low and transparent with no hidden costs…!nAn absolute high class experience with these guys AND tbh i have read their negative reviews as well all i can gather is people want the world on their cheap budgeting or they have never experienced renting a car so they end up chucking negative reviews to hide their own illiteracy….nI’d always knock on Autounion doors rather than any other known Car rentals…

Everything went really great! I did my booking through Rental Cars by Booking, and got a good deal. The arrival was very easy and they gave me the car matching my booking. Staff was very helpful and it took a few minutes to sort everything out. The return was good as well, and the shuttle was convenient. I am very happy that all worked out.nNote: the car I got was a bit used, you could tell it had some worn out features. That's also because I rented a cheap option. Despite that, the car worked perfectly and I had a great travel.

Experience a great easy work of professionalism with this team. So easy to book and mostly cost efficient, so you save a lot especially with their Hybrid range of cars. Saved me a lot with paying for actual petrol, bond was returned into my account as I got to the airport after dropping the car off. Very great easy pleasant staff to deal with, with very little paperwork to deal with, was in my rental car within 10mins. Very worth checking this great team and prices! Thank you Team at Autounion.

FRAUDS.. they got your credit card and they will charge you for damage. I have proof pictures that i have returned car damage free but they still charged me for damage. They did not supply any proof of damage or even told me reason of charges. They did not reapond to my emails or phone calls. hopeless customer service. Stay away from these scammers. As they’re claiming damaged tyre. Picture s saying otherwise. Themselves or Their designated third party drop off probably have damaged it & they’re ripping me off with charges. Steer clear of these scammers

Great customer service, very affordable too. Was picked up at the airport promptly and would recommend their service to everyone. Make sure you go to the right location when getting picked up from the airport as we we're going the wrong way.
