Toyota Aqua - probably 10 years old - went well. Hybrid - so very efficient. Well priced. Enough space for 3 people and luggage at times. I’m tall so I found it a bit small as a driver as the seat didn’t go back quite enough. Good shuttle service - not much waiting though it wasn’t a busy time.

Recently travelled back home to NZ and used AutoUnion and im absolutely thrilled to chuck em 5 stars.. easy booking process to excellent customer service with clean maintained assets…. Prices were low and transparent with no hidden costs…!nAn absolute high class experience with these guys AND tbh i have read their negative reviews as well all i can gather is people want the world on their cheap budgeting or they have never experienced renting a car so they end up chucking negative reviews to hide their own illiteracy….nI’d always knock on Autounion doors rather than any other known Car rentals…

Check-in process was super easy. Shuttle was prompt as well! They were very accommodating even though we landed quite close to when the shuttle stops running, to which we were very appreciative! Car was fine for what we needed, you get what you pay for! Very happy with the entire process.

It was very valuable rent car service!!nI used Toyota Aqua for 5days, every process was quick and decent.nnIn NZ, we need to drive a lot, but this car was a hybrid car, I did not spend much for petrol.nnThe office was little bit far away from the airport, picking up and take me to the airport service was awesome!nnNext time when I visit NZ again, I would use here again!

Had a really good experience with auto union we received a free pickup and drop off service from the airport and a free phone holder when we requested for it. We got a relatively new Toyota aqua hybrid for our 5 day rental and it was perfect for us. Shoutout to Wasim and Zhu who helped us during our rental!
