Edit: Pay attention to this company's replies to comments and how they ignore the fact that they gave me a car with a break light that wasn't working and when all the warning lights came on they couldn't reply to an email asking if the car was still safe to drive.nnYou get what you pay for. The cars are beat up, but the customer service and rental process once you get inside are worse.nnPick up took a long time. Their payment terminal service went down for anything that wasn't a credit card payment for the bond, and the person working that day kept blaming it on our cards, until I asked for somebody else to talk to and then the issue was resolved immediately with them being able to take the deposit payment remotely later. It took 2 hours to get the car due to the short staffing and the ridiculous waiting in line only to be given a login code to enter all my info in. Which meant I had to go to the back of the line again just to get the car when I had already filled out all this info online when booking. Not to mention that the bond information was hidden in a seperate tab when booking with the only option available online being the $3000 bond. If you book via a third party seller, the daily insurance option you pick WILL NOT matter at the front desk, as you will have to either put down a $3k deposit, or pick one of their $500 deposit and additional daily hire plans.nnThen the car itself was missing a hub cap, both wingmirrors had cracks, two chips in the windscreen, seat stitching was coming apart, all 4 warning lights came on, and one of the break lights didn't work. I called about the warning lights and was told that the car was still safe to drive and to just email a picture of the dash to their email. When I did that asking for confirmation that the car was still safe to drive, I never got a reply back.nnBetween the service given and the car quality I am never hiring here again and would not recommend it to anybody else.

If it wasn’t for one of the staff working here the female one, I would’ve given this rental place a 1 star and even that’s pushing it.nPickup from the airport was delayed.nWhen we got there, the person at the desk seemed like the manager was rude. We came up to the desk, no introduction, didn’t say a word and I had to start the conversation with “what do you need from us”. One thing about me, if you’re going to be rude, I will do the same. When we were showed the car, the seats were a mess, completely dirty with all sorts of spillage.n3 hours into driving, we got a puncture. That was fine as it can happen with any cars not just hire cars. But what I found dodgy was the fact that they had a little A5 card in the glove box that showed all the lights that could come up on the dashboard if there was a problem with the car but in the end it said somewhat in the lines of “don’t worry about these lights, just keep driving”. That was very concerning as they were willing to put our safety in danger!nSecond of all, the car came with a small chip on the drivers side. Luckily the woman staff who worked there noted this on the photos upload section of the rental when we got the car - therefore was clearly noted it wasn’t done by us!nBut when we came to return the car - another Asian man took the keys from us, didn’t clearly walk around the car and as soon as he sat down in front of his desk - the first thing he said was “do you know about this chip? Do you have any photo proofs of this” intending to blame us for this and keep our deposit!! I showed him the photos and what his female colleague had taken a note of regarding the chip and he had nothing to say. Couldn’t even look me in the eye.nnThey are dishonest, or maybe just a few of them. I admire the female worker working there. She was helpful and kind.nnI wouldn’t use this rental again.

We rented two small Toyota Aqua's and they good little cars that were easy to drive and low on petrol costs. The whole process to get the cars with the shuttle and return was all quite smooth and the staff very friendly. I definitely look at using this company again.

Best value car rentals in NZ. Cars have a few km on them but are always in tidy condition and retail price is a fraction of the big rental firms. Pick-up is off-airport but the company  is a free shuttle that will pick you up and return you to the terminal.nI rent here 2-3 times a year and will keep coming back.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU so much to KAY for his wonderful customer service and his willingness to help and offering other options if that one doesn't suit. Grateful for his patience with me in trying to sort out a rental well I was in New Zealand. If I am in New Zealand again I will definitely use them again.
