We recently rented a car for a holiday covering both islands of New Zealand. Not only were Omega able to do this, they also took care of our ferry transfer and tickets from Wellington. One less thing for us to worry about and organise. The process to book a car was very easy and everything was confirmed via email, including our ferry tickets. After a change from our airline we needed to add an additional day to our rental, and this was not a problem and was amended promptly. One payment for the car rental and ferry tickets made paying at pick-up very easy. The pick-up and drop off process was straightforward and quick. We would definitely recommend using Omega for any future car rentals in New Zealand.

We stay at Ibis Budget Hotel and arrange a  pick up early in the morning. The shuttle arrangement is very fast after we called to their office not more than 10mins. The procedures of pick up are hassle-free. We are happy with the price and what we get.

The car provided was in excellent condition. An important feature is that brakes come in sutomatically if there is any danger of an accident. We enjoyed our journey from Auckland to Wellington. Thank you Omega team.nWarm regardsnTony n Thila

Good service. The procedures to formalize the hiring is easy and fast, without any problems. The car provided is exactly what we had choosen during the booking.nAlso during our journey in New Zealand the support of Omega has been excellent. Due to bad weather, Bluebridge in Wellington cancelled all trips to the Southern Island and this could create a chain reaction in our travel program which included transferring the car by ferry and moving from one place to another every day. Omega helped us, and after a long negotiation, the employee in Wellington managed to get a place for us with Interislander the other ferry company.a note about the location: the Omega's offices in Auckland Airport are not located at the airport, so you are forced to reach them by taxi or call their shuttle by phone, and this is not convenient for those arriving from abroad because it requires you to buy a local telephone SIM to make that call perhaps the only one for your entire journey.
