Our car rental went off without any problems. Our car was ready and pick up was quick. They emailed us pictures of the car and had us email back any additional problems they hadn’t already noted. The car was very clean and worked well. We had a Santa Fe Diesel - which was SO good on gas. We only filled up twice in 10 days, and we drove a LOT. We were impressed. Also a great vehicle for 4 adults and luggage. Return was equally easy. No problems, hidden fees, charges, pushy sales people or anything else to complain about. Price paid was exactly as booked. Rarely does a car rental go this smoothly for us. Really really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell us in any way. A nice break from the typical car rental experience. Would use them again. Also appreciated that they are in the airport - though with the construction, the walk to terminal from drop off/pick up location is about 10 minutes.

Great and easy place to rent an affordable reliable vehicle. The staff from the pick up at the airport, check in, return and shuttle back to the airport were more then just friendly and professional. It seemed like they truly cared about being personal as well as very thorough to make sure you understood every detail about the transaction and were comfortable with it. They hid nothing and had tons of suggestions on how to avoid even more unexpected expenses while the car was in my possession. I was even lucky enough that they upgraded me for free. Big thanks to everyone I encountered and the company. I am greatful. Thank again!
Unreliable & disgusting customer service.nnI am a senior and had informed the staff of my flight arrival time - I was assured that someone would be waiting for us with our hire car me and my husband - 60 yrs old and 65 yrs old. When my flight arrived, there was no hire car in sight and we had to walk back and forth in the rain for 2 hours trying to locate our hire car. You are the most unreliable and careless company I think you should be shut down so customers don't suffer. My husband and I have had the worst possible start to our holiday here in New Zealand thanks to your wreckless, inconsiderate, incapable service. I will lodge a formal complaint and I demand to be compensated for our suffering. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
I should have checked these reviews prior to booking. Now it all makes sense.nnI was charged a higher rate on the day than what I agreed to when booking through Expedia. I didn’t notice at first because of the currency difference. I asked about the increase in the rate when I returned the car. The person working gave me all the reasons for the increase but none of it made sense. He first said there was a 2.2% surcharge for using a credit card. I told him the increase was closer to 20% not 2%. He then said it was additional insurance. I said I didn’t get any. He then said it was rather an airport tax. He said if I rent a car in the city and then return it at the airport there would be an airport tax. I told him I rented the car from the airport and I’m returning it here. He looked around as if he didn’t know what else to say. Then he just said it’s an airport tax. I just walked away before I lost my temper.nnHow can a company with so many claims of fraudulent charges still operate freely? I didn’t want to take any chances after reading all these reviews. I canceled my credit card.nnHopefully, others are smarter by reading the reviews first unlike what I did.
