I'm so glad I decided to come back to Wendy's. I had the baconator burger with fries. The bun was toasted, there was a lovely mix of tomato sauce and mayo, the bacon was streaky and there was a lovely marriage of juicy patties and melted cheese. I'll definitely be coming back.

I love Wendy's and because I live in Australia I make a point of coming to Wendy's while I get the chance. However while I cant complain about how fast we got our food, nor the politeness of the service person, the burger was not ideal.nnLong story short, the piece of lettuce as per photo put on my burger was rotten. I don't know how anyone could look at this and think this is acceptable to serve to a customer and at around $16 it wasn't a cheap burger.nnWe took away and I honestly could not be bothered to come back and complain but I really don't understand how anyone could think this was okay.

Absolutely loved the burgers. They are of a different quality, taste and kind. Worth a try. Atmosphere is beautiful and friendly.

22/4/25 1pm. --  Wendys at Frankton, Hamilton. --  Ordered two chips, one was an upgrade, but received only two of the normal size, soggy lukewarm chips. Hamburger was tasty but only lukewarm. Ordered sugar with coffee, did not get it. A disappointment all round. They need to try harder than this, to get us to return. -- Appears they don't handle a rush hour well?

Was Nice and served its purpose atm. Unfortunately, we've now experienced Carl's Jr., so Wendy's will take a back seat. Still best large drink, though
