I'm so glad I decided to come back to Wendy's. I had the baconator burger with fries. The bun was toasted, there was a lovely mix of tomato sauce and mayo, the bacon was streaky and there was a lovely marriage of juicy patties and melted cheese. I'll definitely be coming back.

I love Wendy's and because I live in Australia I make a point of coming to Wendy's while I get the chance. However while I cant complain about how fast we got our food, nor the politeness of the service person, the burger was not ideal.nnLong story short, the piece of lettuce as per photo put on my burger was rotten. I don't know how anyone could look at this and think this is acceptable to serve to a customer and at around $16 it wasn't a cheap burger.nnWe took away and I honestly could not be bothered to come back and complain but I really don't understand how anyone could think this was okay.

Absolutely loved the burgers. They are of a different quality, taste and kind. Worth a try. Atmosphere is beautiful and friendly.

Very disappointed. Bacon & cheese Burger was small and nothing like picture on Web site. Couldn't even taste or see bacon. Potato was burnt and had nasty burn flavour.nHaven't been to Wendys for years and will leave it a few years before I go again

The service experience was disappointing. We placed our order through the kiosk and selected the “deliver to table” option. However, we were left waiting for a considerable amount of time without being informed that our order was ready. Eventually, we had to approach the staff to find out the status of our order. This lack of communication, coupled with the unfriendly attitude of the staff, is why we are giving a 2-star rating for the service.
