I recently visited Texas Chicken and it did not disappoint. The chicken was honestly some of the best I’ve had—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. The ambiance was nice and comfortable, making it a great spot to just relax and enjoy a meal. The food overall was really satisfying, and the unlimited drinks were definitely a bonus. If you’re craving good chicken with a chill vibe, this place is worth checking out.

I was just served by someone I believe was called ‘Lakyn’ after I’d finished an 11 hour work shift. Pulled up to the drive through unsure what I wanted and was greeted by one of the most helpful and happy retail/hospitality workers I’d ever been served by. She read me out a couple of different combo options. When I got to the window, I could see she was operating both the front of house till and the drive through window and was managing it really well. Service with a smile and got home to some lovely food as well. Please praise the team at five crossroads

Very disappointing experience with Texas Chicken.nnI ordered 20 original non-spicy chicken wings through the official Texas Chicken online ordering system. However, when I received my order, the wings were a mixture of spicy and non-spicy.nnI ordered the original flavour specifically because my children were going to eat them. My child ate one and found it too spicy, so we could not eat the rest. I ended up wasting my money on food that I did not order.nnWhat made the experience even worse was the customer service. I contacted them to explain the issue, but they were not helpful and simply told me to contact the store. When I explained that the order was placed through their official online system, they still refused to take responsibility or provide a proper solution.nnI understand that mistakes can happen, but I expect a business to take responsibility and provide reasonable customer service when an order is incorrect. Unfortunately, the attitude I received made this experience even more disappointing.nnI hope Texas Chicken can improve both their order accuracy and customer service.

Ordered through doordash. Took 45mins for the driver to pick up food who reached there on time.nChecked with the driver and understood that the food is not prepared yet.nIf the store is not able to fulfill the orders on time, they should stop tsking delivery orders

I recently tried Texas Chicken for the first time, and I really enjoyed it! The food was delicious and fresh. The spicy chicken packed quite a punch but was so delicious. The potato and gravy was amazing! Plus, the pricing is super reasonable compared to other fast food places.nnThe service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the one downside was that the store itself wasn’t very clean, the tables were dirty.nnOverall, great food and service, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved!
