I recently tried Texas Chicken for the first time, and I really enjoyed it! The food was delicious and fresh. The spicy chicken packed quite a punch but was so delicious. The potato and gravy was amazing! Plus, the pricing is super reasonable compared to other fast food places.nnThe service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the one downside was that the store itself wasn’t very clean, the tables were dirty.nnOverall, great food and service, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved!
The chicken at Texas Chicken is absolutely amazing! The crispy texture, fresh and hot, and perfect level of spiciness make it one of the best fried chickens I’ve had. Every bite is juicy and packed with flavor! Definitely a highlight of the meal. The mashed potatoes and fries were also surprisingly good, complementing the meal perfectly. The price is reasonable too, which makes it even better value for the quality you're getting.nnHowever, I have to mention a few drawbacks that impacted my experience. The restaurant itself was hot, making it uncomfortable to eat. Additionally, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The tables were not clean, and the ice dispenser looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I wiped the inside, it was coated in grime, making the soda taste a bit off—almost like moldy water.nnI would recommend the chicken and if they could improve on the atmosphere and cleanliness, this place would be a 5-star experience for sure!
Totally not satisfied with the way your online ordering system works. I made order for spicy chicken through online, and when i came to store the customer service told me spicy not available only can offer me origial. This is not the first time happening to me, its third time. If i ask for refund, they can’t do and they need manager access for which i need to come over the week days on working hours or need to wait for the weekend. Atleast this time customer service told me to wait so they can make for me, thanks to that person.nnPlease make sure you update your online system live and I hope this won’t happen in the future
Chicken is the best always our go to.nBut the service can be improved, I asked for something after checking the website but the training staff at the counter said it’s no longer available same time. Appreciate if they could be training more or at least have the courtesy to check with another staff to confirm rather than trying prove the customer wrong.nAtmosphere is not clean and friendly enough to dine in. So we never dine always take away.
I've been here a few times and it's generally great. I did have a spicy wrap last time though which probably should have come with a warning, and that's coming from someone who puts hot sauce on almost everything I eat!
