I recently tried Texas Chicken for the first time, and I really enjoyed it! The food was delicious and fresh. The spicy chicken packed quite a punch but was so delicious. The potato and gravy was amazing! Plus, the pricing is super reasonable compared to other fast food places.nnThe service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the one downside was that the store itself wasn’t very clean, the tables were dirty.nnOverall, great food and service, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved!
Always went there every time we pass by Hamilton for their chicken. Chicken are not oily, they are crunchy and hot as newly cooked when you order them.
The staff at Texas Chicken were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the quality of the chicken was disappointing. It didn’t seem freshly cooked and appeared to have been sitting out for some time. I even overheard another customer voicing the same concern. While the service was great, the chicken itself needs improvement to meet the expected standards.
First time here and my partner ordered a bacon burger and the bacon was 100% raw and cold.nWhen we questioned the staff, they advised us that that’s how all their bacon is served, and that it is ‘cooked’ in the oven in the morning for 5 minutes and then served out of the fridge throughout the day.nUndercooked bacon is not safe for consumption, praying we don’t get sick!!!
Brilliant experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely fresh hot chips and burger. Their hot n spicy chicken really lives up to its name. Great dining in. Highly recommended.
