I don’t know how Burger King & uber stuff the orders up almost every time, please double check your receipts with the correct items in the bag! I ordered x2 rodeo combos not that hard and received 2 completely different combos which had pickles, that I highly dislike. but it had my receipt on the bag? Like really? All I can do is report to uber but what about the food I actually ordered? Disappointing. Do better.
I visited the Frankton Burger King tonight and was very disappointed with the service. The staff working the night shift were not professional, and the overall customer service was very poor. I felt that customers were not treated with respect or basic courtesy.nnI’m sharing this feedback hoping that management will look into the issue, provide better training, and improve the service quality for future customers. This location has potential, but the service definitely needs improvement.
if you order from the front expect to wait atleast 30 minutes for you’re food and then you’re supposed to call it fast food pathetic honestly there’s only one asian lady working at the front taking orders and packing them why it doesn’t make sense
Eat like a king,nnI loved burgers and the meat in NZ tasted so good. Even Macdonald's surprises me with their burgers. I concluded that the fastfood restaurant, especially burger are above average compared to those that are from other Countries. And I have travelled quite a bit to qualify that. NZ has the best burgers.nnSo along the way to Hamilton, and we saw Burger King, I strongly suggest to my family to stop at one of my favorites burger joint. Our children were absolutely ecstatic.nnWhen we walked into the restaurant we notice that the restaurant were not too full but the tables and floors were messy. The floor near the drink machine was wet and I witness a young boy slipped but thankfully he managed to hold on to the edge of the table and prevented himself from falling. His parents would have been devastated if he falls.nnHonestly, the manager was friendly and welcoming but she was simply overwhelmed. When our burgers came, it did not disappoint us. The Double Yum were awesome but the presentation of the burgers were pathetic.There is absolutely no pride in the preparation. And the bacon in the burgers are as thin as tissuennHow can anyone be eating like a king when the presentation and the environment does not fit for a king? I hope that the Management will seriously consider some changes to improve this branch. I hope by giving one Star rating will catch the management's attention.
Really disappointing burgers were half the size they used to be place was unclean floor dirty tables not clean. Makes me laugh because you compare yourselves to McDonalds yet you are pretty much the same. Will stick to Wendys were you get alot more burger for your $$
