I ordered salad burger combo a vegetarian burger and I found bacon while eating. I am so angry with their service. I never had any meat or even an egg in my whole life because of my religion and now I had a bacon bite. I tried to call them to complain and the call is going to voicemail. This is really unacceptable.

Eat like a king,nnI loved burgers and the meat in NZ tasted so good. Even Macdonald's surprises me with their burgers. I concluded that the fastfood restaurant, especially burger are above average compared to those that are from other Countries. And I have travelled quite a bit to qualify that. NZ has the best burgers.nnSo along the way to Hamilton, and we saw Burger King, I strongly suggest to my family to stop at one of my favorites burger joint. Our children were absolutely ecstatic.nnWhen we walked into the restaurant we notice that the restaurant were not too full but the tables and floors were messy. The floor near the drink machine was wet and I witness a young boy slipped but thankfully he managed to hold on to the edge of the table and prevented himself from falling. His parents would have been devastated if he falls.nnHonestly, the manager was friendly and welcoming but she was simply overwhelmed. When our burgers came, it did not disappoint us. The Double Yum were awesome but the presentation of the burgers were pathetic.There is absolutely no pride in the preparation. And the bacon in the burgers are as thin as tissuennHow can anyone be eating like a king when the presentation and the environment does not fit for a king? I hope that the Management will seriously consider some changes to improve this branch. I hope by giving one Star rating will catch the management's attention.
Bought today Frankton Htown and I’m not sure if my burnt bun burger is due to short staff lol or cook was just thrown in the deep end but still enjoyed this after work . Too hungry to bother.
Yum, the whoppers here are delicious! I’m from Australia and the whoppers in NZ are definitely better compared to back home. The fries here are amazing too - I couldn’t stop eating them!
