Absolutely disappointed in the service and quality. I provided dominos with the option of returning my money however all the did was sent me a voucher for the same food I had been unhappy with and advised I had 28 days to claim it. We ordered a simple cheese pizza for my young children and thought, lets get them the new donut as a surprise. I collected the food, got home 5 min drive and the pizza was cold and the Donut was terrible. Not only was it overcooked, the sprinkles wouldn't even stick to it and they were all at the bottom of the box. My children were very sad and we would not recommend this store. I contacted and the store themselves still haven't been in touch.nnThe donut does not look like the picture “AT ALL”nnUpdate to response:nDominos offered me another donut and small pizza in form of a voucher that I must use within 28 days, which I dont want, I want my money back
Just bit down into a slice only to find a metal rivet of some sort baked into the pizza! Thursday the 24th April. This is not a joke.
$7 for this by the way is insane.. not to mention 5/8 pizzas I ordered were soggy and undercooked
Ordered 3 pizzas and one side,nthe onions where so burned on one pizzas, other one I was suppose to have extra mushrooms charged for that but no muchrooms unfortunately.n2 pizzas hardly had sauce over extrawich I paid for. Very skimpy on sauce.nAll 3 pizzas were cut so bad so many tiny pieces and very big pieces, usually in past they where cut decentlynLooks like staff are all new and young and very rushed.
Ordered a Loaded Hot Dog Pizza *description* “Diced hot dog pieces layered over gooey american style cheese sauce base, topped with fresh onion, crispy bacon, stretchy mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of classic tomato sauce” My order was nothing more then an excuse of a pizza base w cheese and dried out sausages. Incredibly dissatisfied and i will NEVER. buy from them again. I want my moneys worth and this was FAR from it..
