Absolutely appalling services / delivery and order. Not only has this happened not once but twice.nInstructions were please texts or call once’s on arrival. Received neither of these’s.nOrder was left on the ground at the gate and the second order left at the door on the ground.nnI took the last order back and placed a complaint received my money back and a replacement.nnThese guys have had their moments but this is the worse.nnWe will not return.nAnd I’m happy to tell family and friends.
Ordered 4 pizzas and brownie for kids, I could not have been more disappointed with the food delivered. Ham and cheese pizza and spicy paneer pizza had hardly any toppings and not spread across the pizza...all stacked in the center. Brownie was a joke...$14.50 for two burnt broken pieces...deceiving from what was on the app, kids could not even stand the burnt taste, such a rip off.
Ordered the bbq chicken and pineapple pizza 27/12 7.30pm with large onion rings. Onion rings burnt and the pizza has no bbq sauce on top with a whole 2 pieces of small chicken. We have notice the really young team members always muck our orders up. Less talking and be more aware of what your doing frustrating when over 50buks is spent to get something less than great then a frozen pizza from the supermarket.
In all honesty, this branch should just close down so we can get something nice here near home. This is my second incident within a month. The order arrived in 1 hr n 15mins. I had to call the branch twice but their customer service is so horrible, i felt like staff 2 teanage boys were trying to bully me and laugh loudly and i could actually hear them. Food looked so ugly, cold and so tuff to bite probably coz it was nearly burnt. This was really late at night n I was tired and sleepy and didn't have the energy to interact with anyone. I let it go. This time I placed and order through Uber, and this is at 2.30pm. They cancelled my order half way through without any valid reasons or explanation. I wish if I could give them zero stars. Please stop wasting our time and money, close your drama and take it somewhere else. Just so disgusted with your whole team. Shame on you as a business
Great service and tasty pizzas.nStaff are helpful and pizzas are fast.nnWould recommend .
