Really disappointed with the service we got today. We placed an online order and it never arrived, but the tracker kept saying “delivered.” We were literally outside waiting for the order and nobody came.nnOn top of that, it was so hard to even contact the branch. When we finally got through the first time, we were told to wait another 10 minutes. We waited, still nothing. Then after trying again and finally contacting the branch, suddenly we were told the order was already delivered and “someone took it.” That makes no sense because we were waiting outside the whole time.nnWhat’s worse is nobody even tried to properly help or offer a solution. I had to be the one asking for a refund, and even that felt like you were unwilling to do it.nnHonestly one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

Visited 8th January about 9pm on a long trip to grab quick feed for the kids. Was really disappointed in the $10 small pizza and two small sides. The pizza wasn't cut so was hard for my child to eat , the garlic bread was burnt and I don't know where the chips went but we got 8 chips trying calling but no one picking up the phone.

My pizza was undercooked and I have never ordered from here again lol. That and far too much cheese for a standard pizza, yes I love cheese but in this case not so much! Also, kinda dirty

Pizza was burned and I ordered spicy masala Margherita with deep pen but they made it with the regular base and it’s really disappointing.

Eating it right now.nLast 2 times they've gotten my order wrong. I do like to make substitutions, but I ordered a vege trio with no changes and it doesn't have any pizza sauce.nCome on team.
