They have tidied up the drive thru and it looks great now. Service was quick and efficient. Soft serves were a decent size.
The thing is I'm pretty shattered after a long nights work Tryna get a fast feed so I can head to bed but some humans can't do a job right an give correct orders I do not have time or the gas to drive back an get the missing order i paid for this isn't the first time hire people who actually do their jobs an don't shut the window on people if you haven't given the correct order teach people how to communicate in your business especially around the Hamilton area you have the worst customer service every mc Donald's in Hamilton you get bad customer service
The place was very clean, but the coffee was a let down. It was way too hot and tasted burnt. The staff were friendly and helpful, however. Be prepared for a wait though, especially if the drive-thru is busy. The car park exit forces you to queue behind the drive-thru lane, which can add 10-15 minutes to your visit.
