McDonald's St James

Purchased Big Mac combo, paid cash but 50 cents short when change. It’s okay. The counter girl seems very busy, never answer questions. I drive away as has many cars behind. But why the fries only has half pack ? Paid full price maybe a bit more than full price, but only have half food. So better check your meal before you go, make sure you have everything correct as what you paid. Very bad service here. Even worse than the base store.

The hash browns we got this morning had a bad chemical taste to it. We've ordered it from this McDonald's previously lots of times and never had this problem.nHusband drove back to bring this problem to the manager,got some new hash browns back and tasted the same-with a chemical taste. Hope i don't get food poisoned.

Poor customer service, paying with cash left me standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for service,toys for the kids happy meals were forgotten, burgers were very dry. Staff were not wearing their uniforms for some reason. Ordered dine in with table delivery, but got bagged meals and had to go to counter. All little things but adds up to a poor experience.

Good friendly staff and services,it is also centrally located on Rototuna/St James area. Very busy during peak hours limited parking spaces for dine in customers. The building entrance is at far side/end of the car park, so not ideal on a wet day or the car park next to the building is full. Good olamoujt of indoor space and kids play area. Couple of times we were there, the self ordering kiosk were out of receipt paper, so it created confusion for customers not knowing if orders have gone through and what the actual order number is? Also food/rubbish were piling up on a number of desks around the corner but there were a lot of staff standing around talking to each other whilst others were attending to drive through orders. Priority should also be given to the clearness of the customer dining area consistently.

I ordered 6 large quarter pounder BBQ bacon & crispy onion burgers and the burgers didn't have bacon on and crumbs of crispy onions.
