McDonald's St James

If I could give this mcdonalds a minus 10 stars I would. Constantly forgetting food in orders, cold, stale.. looks like 2 year olds make it. No pride or effort put into their meals at all especially ones being delivered. Never answer their phone. Whoevers running this joint needs to sort their staff out and uppercut themselves while their at it. Ew.

BLT Bagel. Nothing like advertised of course but when it arrived there was no tomato or bacon and some old shredded lettuce, Pretty sure BLT stands for bacon, lettuce and tomato! not to mention it was cold! Took it back, they threw in a tiny piece of tomato and delivered it back stone cold! Service was miserable and no apologies.

Staff is extremely rude, you feel like you have done something wrong to go to there store. i ordered through drive through but when i get home it was wrong order , i have to drive back to change burger, when i explain to staff she took bag from banch in quit rude way no apology for wrong order and no further explanation that are they going to make it or not i was standing there confused that what’s next. then after some wait they remake it and staff again throw bag in front of me very angrily. again no sorry no thank you. I am also working in busy environment but i do have basic customer service skills like smile greeting. I know they are busy but we are not taking charity . we are paying for food and service. if they are frustrated from work they resign and stay home. management should give training to there staff about how to handle complaints and how to do basic communication with customers.

McMuffin arrived before coffee. Coffee took a while & was far too hot. I took it back & it was not hot enough.nI gave up and drink it luke warm

Purchased Big Mac combo, paid cash but 50 cents short when change. It’s okay. The counter girl seems very busy, never answer questions. I drive away as has many cars behind. But why the fries only has half pack ? Paid full price maybe a bit more than full price, but only have half food. So better check your meal before you go, make sure you have everything correct as what you paid. Very bad service here. Even worse than the base store.
