McDonald's St James

If I could give this mcdonalds a minus 10 stars I would. Constantly forgetting food in orders, cold, stale.. looks like 2 year olds make it. No pride or effort put into their meals at all especially ones being delivered. Never answer their phone. Whoevers running this joint needs to sort their staff out and uppercut themselves while their at it. Ew.

BLT Bagel. Nothing like advertised of course but when it arrived there was no tomato or bacon and some old shredded lettuce, Pretty sure BLT stands for bacon, lettuce and tomato! not to mention it was cold! Took it back, they threw in a tiny piece of tomato and delivered it back stone cold! Service was miserable and no apologies.

Tidy, the staff were busy wiping down everything and bins were being emptied, no flies around and tables didnt feel sticky or look messynThe cafe looked empty but u can still order coffee? Found it confusing. Cafe was average.

Good friendly staff and services,it is also centrally located on Rototuna/St James area. Very busy during peak hours limited parking spaces for dine in customers. The building entrance is at far side/end of the car park, so not ideal on a wet day or the car park next to the building is full. Good olamoujt of indoor space and kids play area. Couple of times we were there, the self ordering kiosk were out of receipt paper, so it created confusion for customers not knowing if orders have gone through and what the actual order number is? Also food/rubbish were piling up on a number of desks around the corner but there were a lot of staff standing around talking to each other whilst others were attending to drive through orders. Priority should also be given to the clearness of the customer dining area consistently.

It's my local trusty maccas to go to every night, as it's the time a worker named dallas is on, favourite worker solid hard worker carrying those nightshifts and the fries are always hot and food tastes delicious, and never have to wait long in drive through to get served thanks again will be back! night shift workers >>
