I had a very disappointing experience. The lady at the counter did not call my number and gave my order to someone else, even though I was standing right in front of the counter by the kiosk, clearly waiting. I was already starving, and if the other customer hadn’t returned my order, I would have been extremely upset.nnOn top of that, there was no smile, no greeting, and absolutely no effort to provide basic customer service. When the mistake happened, she didn’t apologize or show any reaction at all.nnThis shows a serious lack of training and professionalism. Management needs to address this immediately because situations like this should not happen to paying customers.nnWorkers like these should be re trained or let go, because there are a lot of people looking for work that can be waay better.
We got 2 burger combos for dinner, 1 plant based and both burgers tasted like a waste of money. Plant based was like chewing rubber and the mega stacker looked like it was sat on, depressing for $40. Worst BK we’ve been to
Why is it every time I come I’m always missing either my sauce/s or one of them paid extras ‍ every single time! Can yall train staff to double check everything seriously. I’m not paying extra for nothing ! Sort this out please .
Today I had ordered my food and when I stood up to grab my last order at the counter I returned to the manager yelling at a young boy around the age of 13-14 and threatening to assault him. Zero stars is exceptional for this horrible place. Do not go.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing customer service I always receive at Burger King chartwell. The staff member Haylee who served me and my family she went above and beyond – she is always friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s not often you come across such genuine, helpful service, and she truly made my visit a great experience. Thank you for making me and my family feel valued as customers – I’ll definitely be coming back as this is my fav place to be a big back!
