Where to start I informed Burger Kings headquarters  on my last visit I had concerns about men’s toilets the smell was like walking into one of those public toilets with that strong smell  come on this is a restaurant not a public toilet I have been to a lot of Burger King restaurants this is the worst I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves i gave them a chance to sort it out or I will put it on google reviews still the same

I did a drive thru order today about 5.30 pm and ordered B26 option with few other stuff as well. At pick up window when the lady handed me the bags and I asked if everything is in there and she said yes. Opened the bags to eat, and guess what...missing 2 cheese burgers! What a letdown!! Dissatisfied and disappointed with the BK in Chartwell.

The food, the service are ALWAYS excellent.nI have dined in,  went through drive through, and also Uber’d. At the drive through the staff are always smiling and kind.nFood never takes to long , is fresh and that’s why I keep coming back haha! Thanks BK Chartwell

Took the kids here for a nice Sunday lunch and the food was great. Good customer service. The staff looked like they were rushed off their feet but they still did a goos job.

I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes which was ridiculous because there was only one car in front of me and when I got my food the lid on my drink wasn’t put on properly and it spelt all over my white top.
