I recently ordered pizza through the app and picked it up at the store at 7:55 PM on January 8, 2025. The pizza was great, and my family loved it! However, the pickup experience could have been better.nnWhen I showed my order details on the phone, the staff member who served us at that time was rude and insisted on hearing the name instead of checking the details I provided. As a customer, I don't know how orders are tracked internally, and since I couldn't see an order number, I showed the app directly. I’m not sure why this approach was met with attitude.nnThis feedback is not directed at the entire team, as the food quality was excellent. However, I’d suggest addressing the behavior of the specific staff member who served us to ensure a more pleasant customer experience in the future.
The pizza was amazing.. just that it's so cold inside and that it feels so lonely so don't go alone.. tag someone with you
Crap. Pizza cold again constantly getting cold pizzas delivered. Sides looked like they had been run over with a trucknZero effort in presentation of pizza.
I ordered extra large pizzas from them but didnt got the large pizza more than half of the base is empty its just like a small pizza . I think better not to order extra large pizza as we gonna get small pizza . Waste of money, time, also got insulted in my party as no one ate just the dough. Never had such kind of pizza in my life. Worst dough as i wont call it a pizza because theres hardly any toppings over it.nNever gonna order from them....such a shame for dominos.
