McDonald's Frankton

We had a twenty plus minute wait between 9.30pm - 10.30pm. We received an apology for the delay but no discount for the wait. To say that was fast food was not the customer experience. More night staff required. Running the engine with 10 plus cars in two lanes is not good for the environment. Maybe if we could see the timeline, then I could have turned the engine off. Maybe the app would have told me the delivery time to wait?

Clean and tidy. Good service, brought food to table. Nice.

I recently tried the new chili cheese bites and found them quite flavorful, though they were a bit stale. The wait time was short since it was quiet when I visited. Yesterday my daughter and son in law tried the chocolate soft serve and described it as excellent, and returned later with my grandchildren for more.

Terrible service tonight. Order was not complete to normal standard. I had Ordered a bigmac combo and a cheese burger. The cheese burger was nothing more then, Buns, tomato sauce and the patty. No cheese,pickles or mustard. The Big mac was dry. Again no cheese and next to no lettuce, huge waste of money. Have provided photos for both.

Waited for 1/2 hour for a iced coffee in the drive thru. Icecream machine was down. Told them it's not good enough. Answer was we are under staffed. So my question is why not ring someone else if your short
