The food is exactly what you expect, but the drive-thru lines can get backed up down the lane during peak lunch and dinner hours. If you are ordering through the app or using the indoor kiosks, it’s usually a bit quicker. Sometimes the chips could be salted a bit better, but overall it's a handy, reliable 24/7 spot.

Superb cleaning environmentnA very diligent cleaning lady is very good at cleaning the restaurant so perfectly. From entrance to toilets, the floor and everywhere is spotlessly clean.nn2. Excellent servicenA lovely lady Pat who is very approachable m, friendly and patient when taking my order.nn3. Great team led by fantastic managernA lovely lady manager Aman is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Both my husband and I enjoyed our friendly chat with her before we left the restaurant.nn4. Play your own songnThis branch is the first branch we have chosen our own favourite songs.nn5. Spacious and well decoratednThis is the most spacious and well decorated branch in New Zealand.nnBAD POINTS:nNONEnnADVICE: Must visit there if you happen to drive past Hamilton

Generous sizes, the food tastes as good as it's expected from McDonald's, and more importantly the night service actually sells shakes

Really disappointed. Waited 22 minutes for a happy meal we didnt order anything else. Not even as much as a n apology from the staff for the long wait. Opened the box.....chips not even in a packet!!

I am apalled. My family and I have just ordered some ice creams as a late night snack, and our oreo mcflurry had no oreos? Dont know whats going on with that. On top of this, our sundaes were just cream, with a huge amount of sauce at the bottom instead of the top? Also dont know whats going on with that. They also happened to be tipped all through the bag. Please do better with securing lose items in the bag, as well as actually including everything we order. Horrid.
