McDonald's Frankton

It took so long for my 1 order to be prepared: a McChicken combo, 6-piece nuggets not a combo, and a cheesy chicken small combo. I thought my food would be fresh since it was taking a while—and it wasn’t even busy; I was the only one in the drive-thru. But I got my food cold, like a dead soul not even kidding. The nuggets were hard as stone, my McChicken had no sauce even though I told her twice to put extra sauce, and the fries were so soggy.nnOn top of that, the customer service from the person in the drive-thru was impatient. They really need more training in customer service. I also work in customer service, so I understand the frustration and how tiring it can be—especially at midnight mind you, this was at 4 AM. But if you signed up for this job, you need to be committed and do it properly.nnSorry, not sorry—this is my honest review. Overall, my experience was awful.

You guys actually suck and should close down I just got my uber order I wanted a double cheeseburger instead got a spicy mchicken not only that my other mchicken looked gross, we got a 10pc chicken nuggets and only got 8, chips are cold, nuggets are stale and the burgers were cold and gross the only good things was the drinks.

Clean and tidy. Good service, brought food to table. Nice.

Terrible service tonight. Order was not complete to normal standard. I had Ordered a bigmac combo and a cheese burger. The cheese burger was nothing more then, Buns, tomato sauce and the patty. No cheese,pickles or mustard. The Big mac was dry. Again no cheese and next to no lettuce, huge waste of money. Have provided photos for both.

Very slow service. I've never seen Fast Food employees work so slowly before.nHowever, the burgers were well made. Chips were hot AND salted.nCan't complain about the food
