McDonald's Frankton

Terrible service tonight. Order was not complete to normal standard. I had Ordered a bigmac combo and a cheese burger. The cheese burger was nothing more then, Buns, tomato sauce and the patty. No cheese,pickles or mustard. The Big mac was dry. Again no cheese and next to no lettuce, huge waste of money. Have provided photos for both.

Mistakes happen problem this happens too often to us, so advice always check order. We order a hotcakes happy meal with an extra hash brown. Again happened to us this morning missing hash brown. Also went with the advertised add 2 hash browns for $5 then charged $7.80. So overcharged $2.80 and missing $3.80 hash brown. $6.60 out of pocket.

Is as u would expect a McDonalds restaurant to be. Ordering in as this is the one McDonald's with a kids play area, so on-screen ordering through touch screen menu. Regularly is out of receipt paper so must remember number u are given.

I can't bring myself to go back here the quality was so low. Waited 10 minutes in the carport bay for a simple cheeseburger combo. The burger was not fresh at all, it was old as all the sauce had sunk into the bun. It also was so squashed it looked like it had been stepped on. The chips were cold and when I asked for fresh chips I was met with attitude. Sad seeing how much this has gone downhill.

We went to this place on Wednesday morning, 23rd July 2024. They are very Lucky to get 1 star. This has to be the worst most disgusting, dirty restaurant ever. The ladies toilet's were filthy, so went to the disabled toilets, which wasn't any better. Rubbish bins were full, glass doors to the play area were grubby and it wasnt busy at all. The tables had dried chocolate smudged onto table top. My Over all opinion is 'Never again' visit this Maccas!!
