I recently visited Domino's and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The staff service was poor, no smile or acknowledgment at the counternnMoreover, I was deeply concerned about the hygiene standards. The food preparation area looked highly chaotic and cross-contamination seemed inevitable. It was evident that the space was not cleaned as they went, which is crucial for ensuring food safety.nI hope they take immediate steps to improve both their service and hygiene practices to ensure a better experience for their customers.
My recent experience at Dominos Te Rapa Hamilton was disappointing due to the poor customer service I received. When I approached the staff member named Nav regarding the spreadings on my pizza, his response was far from helpful. He bluntly stated that $7 is all customers receive for toppings without offering an explanation or solution. The absence of empathy and willingness to address my concerns made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. It is evident that Mr. Nav lacks appropriate interpersonal skills needed in providing excellent client servicing
The change of recent ownership has made a massive difference in the food AND service. Been here twice this week and LOVED the pizzas both times. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good pizza.
I'm honestly fed up with Te Rapa Domino's. I used to rate you guys, you made pretty decent pizza and we literally got pizza once a week from you guys. Last Tuesday 16.04.2024 we ordered our usual pizza order but the cheese was different and was inedible. I called the store and spoke to a lady who advised Domino's had sent them the wrong pizza which is fine, things happen. My sons have Autism and are very particular with what they eat, they took one bite and wouldn't have anymore. So I called and asked for a refund as the wrong ingredients were used. She said for me to call back in 2-3 days to get free pizza instead, I asked how would they know if I call up or how can this happen. She ensured me it would noted down with my name. I have called 4 times now and have been fobbed off every time, asking me to call back when the store manager is there, but it's very convenient that every time I call they aren't there. It's horrible customer service and I'm highly disappointed with a store we would go to regularly.
Staff friendly, fast and on time. However, my order was incorrect. 9 out of my 50 pc Chicken Mega Box was missing and both of my pizzas were burnt. Tried to call twice to resolve issue but was hang up on. Left feedback on the order too
