Hair in food, and took long for a small order, made me park up and wait in drive thru

the fries were soggy my big Mac was barely big unless you count 3cm thick as big. The coffee gave me explosive diarrhea. When I asked the cook to remove the pickles of my burger he threw a large fanta at my face and began to rutheleslly beat me half to death. watch out for Derrick The entire place smelt of urine and the stalls were sticky one of them had some kind of urea smelling liquid on it. The cooking area had smoke coming out the fire alarm went of several times the cashier insured me this happened regulry. Would come again.

I give the 1 star to the manager Sarah whatever her name is. To her the customer is always wrong. They made a mistake, begrudgingly rectified it, did say sorry but told me next time to watch the screen . You need more training & change that look on your face.

What lovely staff here and the play area is perfect for little ones with a nice open area. Special shout out to Lulu and Sarah who always make us feel specially welcome

Would not be attempting to go inside this McDonald's until someone tells me otherwise.nnThis place had no hand sanitizer in their dispensers, and bathrooms were filthy, so were their tables and floors - We went inside around 3:30pm, it was not busy and some staff could have taken some time to clean the place and do refills.nnPoor management and shame to the company brand - No customer should have to sit and eat in such conditions!
