1/5nnOne of the worst experiences I've had at a fast-food restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. They spoke without respect, showed no professionalism, and made customers feel like a burden instead of welcoming them.nnThe service was painfully slow, and there was no apology or effort to improve the situation. The overall atmosphere was disappointing because of the staff's attitude.nnI expected much better from this restaurant. Unless there are major improvements in customer service and staff behavior, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rubbish place to spend money. Always leave stuff out of my orders, get a small chip when i order large, cold food as always or its over cooked. Also most of the drive thru service reps are rude, impolite and disrespectful. Not all but 7 out of 10 visits have been extremely poor service. Ive tried ordering thru ubereats and 4 times my order has had the above mentioned issues and never been offered a remedy when ive made complaints via 5cross rds mcdonalds site. Ill never spend my money their ever again. Highly recommend not going there, i lived in the area for 13+years and only in the last 5 years has it gone down the loo.

Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was unacceptable from start to finish. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Instead of being welcoming, they had an arrogant attitude that made the whole visit unpleasant.nnThe service was very slow, and no one appeared to care about the long wait. This was not the level of service I expected from a well-known restaurant. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.nnI won't be visiting this branch again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone until they improve their customer service and staff behavior.

It felt like they didn't care about providing good service at all.nnThe service was slow, disorganized, and frustrating from the moment I placed my order. Instead of making customers feel welcome, the staff made the experience unpleasant.nnI expected much higher standards, but this visit was a complete disappointment. Unless there are serious improvements in staff behavior and customer service, I won't be coming back. I can't recommend this place based on my experience.

Our latest visit in the drive through, while the food was ok and all accounted for, it was disappointing to receive a large order all squashed into one bag. The service felt rushed and it was not busy. This isn't the first time this has happened.
