A deplorable dining experience marked by disrespectful service.nnMcDonald's dispatched two orders to the same driver, evidently aware that the second recipient myself would receive chilled food. It's common sense that McDonald's should handle deliveries differently than dine-in orders.nnUpon placing my order, McDonald's failed to inform me, prior to charging, that my delivery would be second in line. The driver traversed the entire city before reaching my location, despite my residing less than 10 minutes away. According to the receipt, the order was placed at 02:45 AM and delivered at 03:30 AM, an unnecessarily prolonged delay.nnObserving the driver's circuitous route, I contacted him, expressing concern about the potential temperature of my food. The driver dismissed any responsibility, asserting it wasn't his fault. Seeking assistance from Uber, I encountered a chatbot with no real solution. Upon the driver's eventual arrival, he engaged in a heated argument, showing a lack of empathy and disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite my objection to his dismissive language, he remained unapologetic.nnUpon opening the food, I discovered everything was cold. While my partner opted to microwave her meal due to hunger, I documented the temperature with photographs.nnI implore you not to solely blame Uber, as McDonald's shares equal responsibility for the abysmal service, cold food, and insulting encounter:nn1. McDonald's was cognizant that both orders were assigned to the same driver, inevitably resulting in the second customer's food being less hot than if delivered separately.n2. McDonald's made no effort to improve packaging, given the anticipated delay.n3. McDonald's neglected to inform customers, before charging, about the dual delivery and the consequent likelihood of receiving cold food.n4. McDonald's exhibited no concern for the considerable distance between the two deliveries before dispatching them.n5. McDonald's association with a service that permits insults and arguments reflects poorly on its commitment to customer satisfaction.nnOrdering from McDonald's proved regrettable, leaving me with an unpleasant meal, feeling insulted, and subjected to a stressful experience.
This Mac Donald’s have turnt their only disability car parks into waiting bays just to hit drive thru target times. If any elderly person or disabled were to pull in right now to eat in-restaurant they would literally have not 1 car park to park in. Either hire more people, clean up your processes to ensure a more efficient shift or take the hit on your drive thru time targets because this is ridiculous
In my opinion the facilities could be cleaner for a start. Staff could atleast show a little enthusiasm for paying customers, not saying they're completely unfriendly but smiles go a long way. I somewhat enjoyed my burger meal. Unfortunately i was extremely unwell later that night and particularly through the following few days after. It's put me off for a while sadly and hence my feedback
The breakfast arrived pretty quickly but there was a long wait for the hot chocolate, my hot food would have been cold if I'd waited for it. There was only 1 staff member making the hot drinks and she was rushed off her feet so not her fault and she was very apologetic about the wait. It wouldn't put me off going back we're not from there.
Ordered using a deal that includes A small Big Mac combo and a 6 pack chicken nuggets. My order without a Big Mac was sitting on the bench for a few minutes and then a lady called the number, but there was no order note on the plate and she did not know what I was supposed to get. I asked where's Big Mac, she asked back to another lady behind her for order details, so she checked the order using the overhead machine and grabbed a Big Mac that was sitting near the ice cream machine and gave it to me without any comment. No one apologised about the waiting or not knowing the order right.
