I recently tried the Famous Star burger at Carls Jr, and let me tell you, it was a major letdown. The lettuce was practically nonexistent, like they were rationing it or something. And don't even get me started on the tomatoes – limp, tasteless, and downright sad. As for the sauce, they must have forgotten to add it because there was barely a hint of it. To top it all off, I had to pay an arm and a leg for this sorry excuse of a burger. Save your money and your taste buds, folks. This burger is not worth it.
Food is great. Packaging is poor as half the burger fell apart and the chips were half inside and others on the tray. Had to clean the table as it was full of crumbs oil and sauce. Overall this is great food and worth the $ .
Wish the fries were crisper, but otherwise the food is perfect in every way! The onion rings are even perfectly cooked, just not those fries! Just kind of limp every single time we visit, over 10 times now! Vegetables on burgers are crispy and fresh each time, staff friendly and helpful! The place is clean though we do wish the Frankton site indoors was open past 9pm to eat. Not so convenient! But doesn't stop us going there.
Fast service. Good value for money. Tasted like real food not plastic. Real ice cream not soft serve. Was very impressed will be returning!!!
Went through drive through. Odered gingerbread shake and a flat white coffee. Took several repeats to actually get a flat white. It tasted horrible. 1 sip. Threw it away. Also tipped out shake sickly sweet.
