I've been buying here for many years now across several properties and the staff are fantastic to help - especially Enrico and Pramveer. Just this week had a new heat pump installed very professionally from their contractor airflow EMS. I also purchased a new range hood which for $250 has the most insane power I've seen.nnThe place gets very busy and parking gets tough on weekends. The hard working staff don't even have time to sit, but that's what you get for good products, good service and a cheap price.

I bought a Vogue oven from Trade Depot last week, and it was installed today. I have been very happy with the quality of the service and the value of the oven. Excellent communication from Trade Depot the whole way through, and very efficient and friendly installation from their contractor - Simon Rihari with his employee Sam, who was also great. The new oven was installed and tested, and my old one was removed. Plus they removed and recycled the packaging. I certainly recommend Trade Depot's service for excellent service and value!

My first contact was their excellent website. A great range which price-checked well with other suppliers. Clear details of services and options were great. The ability to order delivery, installation and removal of existing cooktop was an excellent all-inclusive package. Topped off by timely professional service by the installer. What more could you ask for?

Trade Depot, what a circus! They’ve got decent products and reasonable prices, but boy, the management must be asleep at the wheel. The service is absolutely laughable. Even the staff agree with me, which leads me to believe it's the management that’s the root of the problem.nnI placed an order a week ago, and at checkout, I was offered free delivery. A week later, the product still hasn’t been shipped. When I tried to reach customer service by phone, I had a better chance of contacting the International Space Station. So, I resorted to their chat service, and all they did was parrot their shipping policy at me.nnI finally decided to pick up the order myself and ended up being sent to a site down the road. After spending 45 minutes waiting, I had a fantastic chat with other customers who were just as frustrated. Misery loves company, I guess!

I bought a double door fridge for $600 approximately which is running okay so far. My friend recently got a small wash basin for $69 which also looks okay. I've not dealt much with these guys but have heard they sometimes have good deals. The warehouse is massive, well maintained and presented. However, I feel there should be more staff members around to assist. Staff members at the counters are friendly and helpful but seem under pressure. The overall procedure in terms of purchase to delivery/pick up can improve. Customer service is okay but can improve in terms of speed and efficiency.
