We bought flooring planks. Making our order in the store was quick and efficient. We then had to drive to the warehouse to pick up our order. 3 staff were visible. One working, two chatting. After some time the working one sorted out our order while the other two continued to chat. They wouldn't keep their jobs in my business where the customer is priority.
I purchased the washing machine on 21 February and shortly after takeoff the package I found it’s not balanced when it standing, I immediately contacted your customer service team, unfortunately the replacement machine was faulty as well! The response time has been far longer than what I would consider acceptable. As of today, more than two weeks have passed, and the issue remains unresolved.nnThe delay in addressing this issue has caused severe inconvenience, as I rely on a functioning washing machine for my household. The extended wait for service is not only frustrating but is also impacting my daily routine and quality of life.
We ordered a fridge and washing machine with free delivery offered. Yesterday, the fridge and washing machine were delivered and left on top of the stairs and NOT on our front door. I even offered to help but the delivery guy refused unless I pay extra so he can drop it off on our front door?? Where is the free delivery there? It became a problem for me on my own to bring it down the stairs to our front door. We experienced inconvenience with this Free Delivery offer?
Customer service and returns here are generally terrible and difficult but we had a particularly bad experience/saga trying to return a fridge that had been advertised incorrectly. We were passed around, hung up on, fobbed off and ignored for almost a month after they agreed to refund and pick up the fridge which sat in our lounge all that time waiting. It took a complaint to the commerce commission and the threat of legal action to finally get traction. We were semi regular customers here but will absolutely never buy from here again. Poor quality Chinese products too - stainless steel sink is rusting and all the tap wear and plumbing fixings are losing their black coatings just to name a couple of issues. Not worth the hassle trying to return them.
I had a damaged product delivered and they tried their luck with offering a $30 voucher to compensate the damage. Of course this is not allowed under CGA.nnAfter calling them they did agree to a replacement. However I had to call them probably 10 more times in order to get things fully sorted.nnThey have very little control and information around their dispatch and delivery. Therefore, I had several failed deliveries due to it.nnThe staff I talked to on the phone were helpful. If you have any issues I definitely would recommend calling, don’t bother with their email or chat, they will take a long time to get back to you and the responses are usually automated/templates so they don’t make sense.nnI had also purchased two products which then ended up being out of stock. They did not inform me of this and I had to ask them for the status. Makes me feel like if I hadn’t have asked they would have just conveniently missed that.
