Always get a good deal, staff are great! Take the dog in, don't want to leave in car, difference between shopping or not! Not a problem! Really good store and great service!
After visiting this store many times over many years, i started receiving some pretty ordinary to poor customer service a few years ago, and started going to Mitre 10, whose customer service each time is incredible! I went back to this store yesterday, as the door handles we wanted were only stocked at Bunnings, and after purchasing, i had to go back to the store, after my own error, and Javed was a pleasure to deal with. I first observed him handling the customers before me, and he was outstanding with each one, and was 'bounding around' with so much positive energy. He promptly found a solution to my problem, and solely because of him, i will probably be back to shop at this store in the future. Well done Javed, an excellent example of customer service done right!
What lovely service from a staff member on the floors that was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on hose parts and garden section.Then we had a kind and cheerful check out person that was so kindly to us and the number of children we had with us.nThank you for the great service
This afternoon, while I was doing voluntary work at Bunnings Botany, I met a very friendly and lovely lady staff by the name of Jessica. She was very nice to support our charity work Big Heart Appeal for easing funds to help those who have heart attack.nnI highly recommend you to visit the shop and please look for Jessica there!
