We had an outstanding experience with Devesh, the paint expert at Bunnings Botany. From the moment my wife and I started planning our baby’s nursery, Devesh went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. His knowledge of paint products and colour matching is second to none. We had a specific colour in mind, and the way he matched it was mind blowing. He also recommended the perfect wall colours, paint brushes, and everything else we needed to achieve a professional finish.nnWhat truly stood out was his genuine care for his customers. He wasn’t just trying to sell products, he took the time to understand what we wanted and gave honest, practical advice that exceeded our expectations.nnDevesh is an absolute asset to Bunnings and customer service like his deserves to be recognised. I sincerely hope he gets the pay rise and career progression he deserves. Thank you Devesh for making our nursery project such an enjoyable and successful experience! Putting up before and after photos as colours make huge difference in our lives.
1nVisited today and needed help finding a long piece of timber and getting it cut. Staff were standing around chatting and repeatedly ignored me, even after I greeted them and asked for assistance. Eventually one staff member spoke to me, but it felt like he was trying to brush me off. He directed me to the cut shop, but it was unattended and empty. He could clearly see there was no one there and still made no effort to help or find someone. I wasted time and left with nothing. Very disappointing service.
Really big space and a lot of choices that can be made.nnI just Bought a BBQ and A soundbar wall mount.nnThey also have a cafe inside which is neat.nnA public restropm for everyone.nnThere is also people doing fundraising selling sausage sizzle and drinks. Which is really nice. You can pay via online and will also allow you to pay cash.
nnI had a great experience thanks to Lorretta. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to help me find a specific power cord I needed. Her knowledge and excellent customer service made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciate her patience and support. Thank you, Lorretta!
I go to Bunnings during the week to buy items for work and if I had a choice I would avoid the trade counter. I have never received anything remotely resembling customer service. Smiling or even saying hello seems well beyond the capability of the staff. The last time I had the misfortune to approach the counter, I was greeted with 'theres nobody there and I can't help you'. I strongly recommend some targeted customer service training or employing staff that actually want to be there.
