Daylon if I haven’t got the name right then sorry.. guy works in paint department. Very honest guy with lot of paint experience. Had help me leaving his break.  Sadly the worst part was he was not provided with proper modern  equipment from resene/ mitre10..nbest customer service.. I come from hospitality background and amazed to see this level of professionalism.  Even in hospitality it’s hard to find people like him..nnAtleast he deserves letter of appreciation form the company..nnThanks man.

Great variety of products and very well stocked. While we were browsing, a staff member kindly asked if we needed any assistance and even introduced us to a specialist in that section. The store was clean, tidy, and well organised. Very positive experience overall.

A Mitre 10 Mega store with a great selection of products and plenty of options to choose from. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, making the shopping experience even better. Bought my BBQ and accessories from this store and many more. I highly recommend this store!

I have to give great recommendations to the young stores person that was changing labels in the BBQ section.nI asked to buy a 2600n weber only to see it blocked. He then suggested cheekly the bigger Weber one was available.  Good sell mate.nThen he took it to the counter and loaded it into my car.nThank s for the sell and the assistance.nVery much appreciated

We went looking for bits and pieces for our new home and found a bathroom cabinet, not found in any other M10. Approached a young staff member who was happy to help us. He found the product, loaded onto a trolley, wheeled it through checkout and loaded it into our car. Very much appreciated the service and help as we would not have been able to it ourselves. This young man is a credit to you.nIt was disappointing that this store did not accept Gold Card.
