Find everything here. Saturdays always has a sausage sizzle going on. Smells delicious walking into the store. Lots of trolleys available. The walk to the entrance is good for browsing through the bins of bargains. Aisles are nicely spaced out. Staff are always around and have great advice. Garden area is well stocked. There is a playground for kids and a Cafe. I didn't visit the Cafe but saw they had good selection of food on display.nLots of products in 1 mega store. We always buy what we need here. Planks of wood, tools, gardening supplies. Brought 2 sets of shelving here. Great price.nOur go to when we need anything that the paknsave doesn't have.
This store staff are very helpful and informative. I needed to get a lawnmower, so came in and asked for Shaun, who has excellent customer service and very helpful with my decision making. Recommend Lincoln Road mitre10.nThanks to your friendly staff.nnPS Shaun should get a customer service reward for his excellent job he does .
I have purchased from Mitre 10 Henderson for many years and have never had any problems.nThe floor staff have been very helpful.nnBut yesterday the chuck on my Bosch drill jammed so I returned expecting to receive a replacement as I see on the drill box there is a three year warranty and I only purchased the drill in August 23' for some light work restoring a camper.nAs soon as showed the staff the drill, they focused in on some paint on the chuck and stated this was abuse and my warranty is under question as a result. They weren't interested in the problem that had caused the drill to fail at all.nObviously preprogrammed to resist warranty claims.nPretty disappointing to say the least.nnIf they treat me as a valued customer and not a suspect, then I'll change this Star rating accordingly.nI will update on the outcome, but not what I expected at all.nnThings are certainly different here with management when money is involved.nnBe careful, keep you receipts and be prepared to fight if you ever have a warranty claim as things will change.nnNot all bad as they loaned me a drill on request to use while mine was investigated.nThere should be no 'investigation'.
Plenty of parking spaces, big building, and plenty of items inside. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. If this is not your local store, I would recommend you to find your local one as if you need to return any items, it'll be much more complicated if you return/exchange/refund it at the different store.
It’s always when crises happen when you see who people are. So when there’s a global IT and banking crisis like there was tonight instead of helping their customers and being patient this mitre ten chose to close twenty minutes early, not even tell us why until I asked, not answer any questions any products and rush us out in panic worrying only about themselves and their systems even though some bank cards still worked… like mine… I stupidly still bought the things in my hands because I was so rushed and the teller didn’t let me collect air points he was in such a state. Then they made us squeeze out past things they were bordering up the entrance with in fear of other people coming who expected it to be open until 6. They didn’t even need to close!nIt was the opposite reaction to Woolworths across the road and the dumpling place further down who were helpful and friendly.
