We recently renovated our kitchen and found Nayna from the kitchen department to be having exceptional product knowledge.nShe consulted, designed and provided us plans with exact measurements that allowed us to assemble the Mitre10 kitset ourselves.nRefer before and after pictures of our transformed kitchen, thanks Nayna you are a star!

I returned an item that was not performing as expected. It should have been a straight forward. They repaired it, it got returned and I got the text to pick it. What should have been a 5minute pick up turned into somehow them lost said item and took two customer care people 40minutes to find it. In the end another customer care person found it. Total mess around of my time. No compensation for my time. Embarrassing Mitre 10 New Lynn

My colleague and I had a particularly good time assembling a new Storetech Gardenmaster shed for Marty and the garden team at this Mitre 10 Mega. I would argue that they have one of the most extensive shed displays of all the Mitre 10 locations in Auckland. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable too. Highly recommend!nnPs. You can even recycle your polystyrene here in the trade drive through section.

Love this store!! No weekend is complete without a trip to Mitre 10. Sausage sizzle usually on weekends. Great cafe. Kids playground. Dog friendly. Knowledgeable and attentive staff. The paint team are really helpful.  I've been there twice to pick out paint and twice I ended up going home with the paint the staff picked out for me. Theyre really  good.

Wow if ever you need paint for an exact colour match to your home see Zamin in the paint section of Mitre 10 New Lynn. I brought in a snippet of existing wall paint and he made up pot to match precisely. He is very professional, friendly and helpful - A1 service. Will definitely go there again for any future paint needs.
