Staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are quite reasonable though not as cheap as Bunnings. The store is huge with plenty of items for your gardening & DIY projects. They also stock exclusive items. If you collect Air New Zealand Airpoints, then this shop will give you Airpoints. Parking spaces are plenty; and you're also able to get in and out from Clark Street. If this is not your local store, I would recommend you to find your local one as if you need to return any items, it'll be much more complicated if you return/exchange/refund it at the different store.
Makes renovating and doing small handyman jobs easy. Everything is well presented, organized, and has a good selection to choose from. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Although sometimes there are not enough staff around. But it's been all good!
Customer service here simply sucks.nStood in front of her for a whole minute with her just chatting her holidays with college and NO customers to deal with. Finally she asked if we're ok haha, i explained my situation for an exchange but very quickly was declined with a Karen behavior!nHowever i took the product back to the Henderson branch, and the guy there was super friendly and helpful.
Had excellent service today from Manny in the power tool section. Went above and beyond to help me with my black and decker pruning saw i had purchased from them many years ago. Gave me some very good advice which was much appreciated. Well done Manny and mitre 10
Had a great experience at Mitre 10 New Lynn and the kitchen department dealing with Nayna. She was incredible and very helpful. Would highly recommend! Great customer service.
