Great parking. Friendly and helpful staff .nAlso a very good store layout a selection  of hardware . Easy to enter and exit both store and car park.nFor  those who want refreshments a really nice cafe too set amongst the garden centre section.  Willing staff to help carry out heavy items to your vehicle.nWorth a visit.

Amazing flowers last week at Mitre10 Albany. They always have a great variety for such great prices. Love it

Had a pretty negative experience here - staff were not helpful with finding the outdoor items we asked for and when they did after almost an hour, we wanted to in 2 ways - they were not helpful, and didn’t try to find a way to do this for us. Spent way too long waiting for someone to help. Also saw one of the staff being rude and cold to an elderly man who was needing assistance.

Mitre 10 Albany provides great service overall – the staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is well stocked with everything you need. However, the only downside is the network. As soon as you walk in, there’s barely any phone signal, and the free Wi-Fi is almost unusable. It would make the shopping experience much better if the internet connection could be improved.

I have never met such helpful staff before.nI was looking for some advice on a spider killer, and a member of the staff sorry I didn’t ask your name!, went above and beyond to find me the right person to talk to, because he didn’t know enough.nnThis shop is likely the best Miter10 I have ever been to, it really has everything you need.nnHighly recommend!
