Great parking. Friendly and helpful staff .nAlso a very good store layout a selection of hardware . Easy to enter and exit both store and car park.nFor those who want refreshments a really nice cafe too set amongst the garden centre section. I have never met such helpful staff before.nI was looking for some advice on a spider killer, and a member of the staff sorry I didn’t ask your name!, went above and beyond to find me the right person to talk to, because he didn’t know enough.nnThis shop is likely the best Miter10 I have ever been to, it really has everything you need.nnHighly recommend!
Mitre 10 Albany provides great service overall – the staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is well stocked with everything you need. However, the only downside is the network. As soon as you walk in, there’s barely any phone signal, and the free Wi-Fi is almost unusable. It would make the shopping experience much better if the internet connection could be improved.
At this Mitre 10 branch the indoor playground says it’s for kids up to 8 years old, but there were many older kids inside. Some were running and jumping around with shoes on, throwing them and even fighting. My 3 year old was pushed and I had to remind a few of them that a toddler was playing. Some of their parents just sat nearby and didn’t step in. It would be good if staff could monitor the area so all kids can play safely.
