Don’t shop here if you’re are looking for a good experience, if you love price fixing, poor service it’s the place to go !!nClearance sales go on and off day by day for the same item , take photos is what I suggest 4/9 $460- 8/9-$600 12/9-$460nExcuse was we cleared the stock then put the price up … ok then why drop the price again after i paid $600 ??nSupport Bunnings don’t shop at this rip off merchant!!!nAlso not one apology!!!
We came here to get some paint and struck with a very helpful young man called Seth at the paint department. He showed lots of passion for his job testing and matching the paint samples we peeled off from wall. Nothing is too much trouble. He was so thorough and we are really happy with the results and his service. Thank you so much.
Great selection. Big store. Mitre 10 is usually more expensive than Bunnings, so check Bunnings first. Cafe let it down ... tables not being cleared, customers clearing their own tables. Wait staff walk to deliver food, then return to the kitchen empty handed. They must have been running out of glasses as they came out and collected a handful of glasses and nothing else. I feel the wait staff management is sadly lacking, so is their education. They never cleared a table, just took a few things off then left the rest.
We had a very terrible shopping experience with a staff named Sarah. We bought a Dewalt shoes which is $179 and it out of glue after one week, we came back change a $229 one. But this pair was a faulty cause blister and bleeding so we came back again and a staff helped us and let us change another pair.nBut when we checked out,Sarah said it was our fault, that is common shoes cause blister and bleeding, even the shoes she bought $500 one. She said she was owner of No. 1 shoes and shoes just cause blisters. I said I want to talk to manager , she said she is the manager and asked me to write google reviews.nWe are not ask for refund or anything, we asked if you can send back to dewalt , let them have a test if it not we have nothing to say. We already bought two pairs of the same one before which are good. But she refused and she will do nothing.nSarah behaved very unprofessional and rude.nWhat she did is to push your customers away. No customer service and no basic respect to people. We are your regular customer and never had such experience before ,I was so disappointed .
Lots of my DIY Stop. Staffs are helpful and wide selections of merchandises catered to all needs.nFrom expensive to budget requirements. Had assembled my garden shed all by myself those pre packed kit set.
