This large building supplies supermarket enjoys great accessibility and full stock, a must-visit spot for DIY lovers. It has furniture, building materials, a huge paint centre and various outdoor BBQ gears. I’m most fond of its bathroom, kitchen and lighting showrooms. The interior is always warm and inviting with a friendly vibe.
When I asked for help, Tony K instantly put down what he was doing and patiently provided excellent advice. This isn’t just a one-off — he’s helped me many times before and every experience has been consistently great.nnOn this occasion, he wasn’t 100% sure about the part at first but he took the time to learn, investigate, and quickly track it down. We ended up finding the very last one and he was genuinely happy for me. I was trying to find a chainsaw chain that everywhere else said was out of stock, yet Tony went out of his way to locate it in store, saving me a trip to another Mitre 10.nnI really appreciate the effort and dedication. This is exactly how customer service should be done. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer support from Mitre 10 Albany - thoroughly impressed. I had called with a request as was having trouble with an online outdoor furniture order that had gone wrong with my local - Glenfield Mitre 10. Albany followed up my online order immediately recognising my name/order. They continued to follow up with support following days. When I called them to book the delivery and change from click and collect Robyn remembered my name, order and everything. Everyone I dealt with over the phone including a guy Sam maybe? and especially Robyn was just top tier in helping. Also fantastic stock levels. They took time and care with me which always feels good when you're spending a lot of money. Always looking for solutions rather than automatically saying no.
One of the bigger Mitre 10 stores in town with lots on offer. Good selection of outdoor furniture and BBQs on display.nAlways good to actually see something before spending all that money.nA nice Columbus Cafe on site too
