I can't think of a time I've come here and got what I wanted. Even if the website says they have stock, often they actually don't. The service is relatively good but there's always something that knocks back the visit, in my experience. I always opt to go to the dark green place over the valley instead, it's much cheaper there too.

I had an order that was for click and collect. I arrived and it wasn't done. I thought the staff may get annoyed as I rushed them but they promptly went and collected all the items and guided me to an alternative item that wasn't in stock. The older lady and black girl were friendly, prompt, professional and welcoming! Always excellent service from Mitre 10 Mega Albany!
We came here to get some paint and struck with a very helpful young man called Seth at the paint department. He showed lots of passion for his job testing and matching the paint samples we peeled off from wall. Nothing is too much trouble. He was so thorough and we are really happy with the results and his service. Thank you so much.
While I already liked Mitre 10 Albany branch as a store, I love it even more upon discovering that they give school students work experience. What an amazing way to give back to the community and support youths. I will be returning the gesture by taking all my business there.
