Absolutely pathetic service at this so-called café! The staff are completely useless, treating customers with zero respect, no smiles, and a miserable attitude. It’s like they don’t even want to be there! The worst offenders are the Asian and Islander ladies, who clearly lack any common sense or basic customer service skills. It’s shocking how Bunnings allows such incompetent people to ruin its reputation. They can’t even manage a simple conversation or handle basic tasks—absolutely disgraceful! Bunnings, do better and hire staff who actually know how to treat customers like human beings!nnAttention café staff: If a customer hands you four coffee vouchers and politely asks for two large coffees instead of four mediums—just make them. Every other Bunnings, including in Australia, does this without an issue. There’s no need to make a big deal out of a simple request. Just use your brain just a little and  Do your job properly next time!

Antonia was such a massive help today! I was inquiring about leaf blowers and she informed me of the most popular brands, most powerful tools, and most durable tools. She really knew her stuff, she had exemplary product knowledge as well as customer service!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience!!!nnI have been using my company account to make purchases at Bunnings New Lynn for many years without any issues. However, today at 4:39 PM, tax invoice-9502/01012340, I had an unpleasant experience at the main counter. The cashier name unclear but something like “Habibiuban” from the ID displayed unprofessional behavior.nnAfter scanning my items, when I requested to charge them to the company account, he rudely demanded my ID. While verifying my New Zealand driver’s license, he read my last name out loud and smirked in a disrespectful manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a store that serves professionals in the construction industry daily.nnBunnings has always been a trusted supplier, but this type of customer treatment can seriously damage its reputation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service standards in the future.

The most helpful engaging staff work here. These guys and girls reallyseem to enjoy what they are doing so why oh why do management screw this up by scheduling shelf restocking when they have Customers in the shop wanting shelf access. Staff do make the effort to accommodate but closed stock lanes is just a put off.
