Very friendly staff members, attentive, and knowledgeable. Lots of DIY and building stuffs on stock with reasonable price. Also have sausage sizzle on weekends, and occasionally have other fund raising activities too. Parking spaces are plenty and covered too. Entrance is through Titirangi Rd, as well as Great North Road. If you want to buy trade, timbers, and big-size building materials it's better though the Great North Road entry.
All self service closed , only 1/5 items listed as in stock were in stock .nA line of 20 people now wait at the customer service lane to be served .nnAbsolutely average customer service and the manager should be reviewed immediately
Had an awesome experience yesterday when Lynette helped me with finding some info. on system. She was very helpful and knew the process very well.nnReally appreciate her support and knowledge.nnHad an amazing experience at Bunnings New Lynn.
Staff are always great.nI don't like having to show some school kid what I had just brought so they can beep the receipt on a hand held. Legally, I have brought and own the product in my bag and don't have to show you anything. Why ? Because that doesn't stop shoplifting, NO need for it Bunnings
Staff is very unhelpful. Very rude Indian girl staff behind the counter. She said she cannot sell 2 tiles instead I should purchase a packet of 10 tiles. Later another staff helped me to buy 2 tiles.nEvery time when I go there I noticed that staff is a major problem. Some times they run away from answering any question.
