Great useful store that I have gone to plenty of times for various needs. Plenty of products in different categories. All the staff knows their way around so well and they can tell you what aisle to go to out of like, 100 for what you are looking for. They all are really knowledgeable.
I was there late this afternoon. I couldn't reach what I wanted. I asked the person at the door if there was a tall store person available. She directed me to someone who willing came and was able to get the box of rope Christmas lights down. As I was leaving she checked that I was able to get what I had wanted Excellent service by both store workers.
Visited today and asked about the pricing of some screw caps at checkout. A old guy served at the checkout who was so rude and impatient with our query especially when the product had the wrong price tag so we were confused.nAbsolutely foul attitude and definitely need some training for providing better customer service.

I go here primarily because I live close by but also because of the large range of items in this store from Building products to gardening. Plenty ofnParking and you can drive insidenFor trade products. Good range ofnTools, cleaning items, nail and screws,nAnd a full paint department and timbernYard.nnMost staff are friendly and helpful incnDean and Jaslyn both who went overnAnd above my expectations in customer service.
