The Bunnings with a 3 mast shipping rig look alike as its entrance sets itself apart with customer service. Been here countless times over the years and being “on the way” in the evening the great staff never fails to find an answer. Even when SKU numbers get tricky there is always the will to sort things out properly. Keep up that great work! And thanks again for the problem solved tonight.
If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.nnI’ve tried using the Constellation Drive Bunnings simply because it’s the closest store to my house, but I’d honestly rather drive further and shop at a different branch than come back here.nnThe staff are consistently unknowledgeable, unfriendly, and unapproachable. Asking for help feels like you’re inconveniencing them rather than getting customer service.nnOver the past three days, I’ve been trying to buy a specific lawn soil product. It’s not on the shelf, but it’s clearly sitting on a grate above. Each afternoon I’m told, “Sorry, it’ll be brought down in the morning - there’s no one available now.” I return the next day after work, and nothing has changed. This happened three days in a row.nnThis is just one example of how poorly this store is run. Lack of follow-through, poor product availability, and staff who don’t seem interested in helping customers appear to be normal here.nnThis has been the worst experience I’ve had at any Bunnings. I’d strongly recommend driving a bit further to a store that actually welcomes customers and has staff who know their products.
Thank you Katie and Dana for your awesome customer service. I drove over an hour away to pickup items that ain't anywhere else. It's always a great experience when you have professional and efficient staff. I was in and out of store wasting no time. A very happy customer.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to Liam — an absolute legend. He was incredibly patient and helpful when I realised I had bought the wrong gas for my BBQ. Liam went above and beyond by finding a BBQ in the store with the same valve as mine and carefully testing different gas tanks to help me find the right one, all while being safe and professional.nnThis is easily some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Liam truly deserves a raise and a bonus — attitudes like his are exactly what make customers come back again and again
I visited Bunnings Constellation today and had a very disappointing experience.nnI couldn’t find more than one product I needed, so I approached three different employees for help.nnThe first employee was about to go on his break. He checked his phone and told me the products were only available in Australia, then said “keep looking” and walked away.nnThe second employee was rushing while restocking shelves and said he didn’t know.nnThe third employee, who was stacking empty boxes, was extremely arrogant and sharp in his responses. While I was standing right in front of the products and asking questions, he simply said, “You can see the picture,” and offered no guidance at all. His attitude felt angry and dismissive, as if I was a problem for asking questions.nnIn the end, I found the products myself — they were not in Australia; they were in aisle 27. There was zero welcoming attitude, zero helpfulness, and very poor customer service. This was a frustrating experience, and I will not be coming back.
