I go here primarily because I live close by but also because of the large range of items in this store from Building products to gardening. Plenty ofnParking and you can drive insidenFor trade products. Good range ofnTools, cleaning items, nail and screws,nAnd a full paint department and timbernYard.nnMost staff are friendly and helpful incnDean and Jaslyn both who went overnAnd above my expectations in customer service.
Not many staff working as it is hard to get advice but one you find someone they are pretty. Ice and friendly.
Yet again Bunnings has failed in a big way. As I found in another branch of their company the staff are very very lacking in customer service skills. Luckily , again , I knew what I wanted and where it was so no problems in that aspect. But I took a walk around the rest of the store to have a look, as you never know what you might find that you need. Must say they are well stocked. But not one staff member I walked past or walked past me even said as much as hello, and I did walk past a few too many. Are they scared of customers? They do know they're there to serve customers? Or are they all just there to look pretty and stock the shelves while totally ignoring the people that help pay their wages Come on Bunnings , sort it out!! Else you may as well automate the actual finding products and assistance in DIY . Even robots would be friendlier!!
I love how the website gives aisle location and pricing is competitive.nI am not a massive fan of the checkout process with card only self-checkout and if you have cash then just try and find a counter that looks like it might have a till at it. Surely one manned counter dedicated to checkout/payments wouldn't be that difficult or costly.
Waited almost an hour to collect a special order. No staff at the special desk and then none of the other staff could assist. Have had good experiences before but unfortunately not on this occasion.
