Staff are always friendly , helpful and knowledgeable about which isle a product can be found. The Garden area is always well kept and stocked. The battery recycling box kept at the entrance is really a great idea.
I go here primarily because I live close by but also because of the large range of items in this store from Building products to gardening. Plenty ofnParking and you can drive insidenFor trade products. Good range ofnTools, cleaning items, nail and screws,nAnd a full paint department and timbernYard.nnMost staff are friendly and helpful incnDean and Jaslyn both who went overnAnd above my expectations in customer service.
There are no notices informing customers that a different delivery company will be used each time. Some delivery companies don’t give any advance notice and suddenly show up at your doorstep—how can you be sure you’ll be home? If you’re not at home, congratulations, these delivery companies on the verge of bankruptcy will charge you again for delivery fees, which can be dozens of dollars each time. When Bunnings staff call you, they tend to speak with a condescending attitude, as if they’re “teaching you a lesson.” And unless you specifically request it, the staff responsible for handling these issues won’t even send you an email as proof of your refund request. I will never purchase anything from Bunnings again—thank you for the unforgettable and unparalleled experience you’ve provided to your customers.nnOh, of course, to ensure you have an “unparalleled” shopping experience at Bunnings, their phone staff will also kindly inform you that “the delivery company doesn’t need to call you in advance, etc.” So, shouldn’t Bunnings also clearly inform customers that they use different companies each time? Who exactly benefits from the confusion this causes and the potential extra delivery fees? After all, it’s a professional service. Customers, being the vulnerable party here, wouldn’t dare to question the company—otherwise, they’ll be “educated” by staff with a “let me teach you a lesson” attitude. Have a nice day.

Was there yesterday on a Saturday afternoon. The store is busy with customers but felt very clustered inside and hard to get through. Minimal service with self checkout and not many staff around to answer your questions. Looked like they have 1 staff for each department, including popular ones such as bathroom, painting. I was there around 4pm Saturday afternoon. Couldn't find a staff who was free to assist me. Gave up waiting after 10mins. This was with me proactively walking around looking for someone, anyone to ask questions. A bit disappointed . Not a good customer experiences and no where near those Bunnings TV ads.
