I just had the manager Jacob help me SO much with product photography knowledge and all of the products I needed from that! He was so cool and I think the staff are very lucky to have him! Also the store and atmosphere was very peaceful and I recommend anybody to go to THIS Mitre 10 Thank you Jacob! Taught me a lot, wasn't pushy or anything and now I know what to do for my business!
Huge selections. The garden center has a lovely gift shop, cafeteria.
Very well thought out and spacious store. Parking usually isn't a problem even during peak hours. Completitive prices. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have often found that they go out of their way to help me. I have always managed to get whatever I wanted. This is my favourite local hardware stop.
Garden Centre is full of wonderfully big petunias in all colours,also marigolds, pansies etc amazingly large vegetable plants ready to sow, still a great selection of fruit trees, beautiful roses.... i love the staff all so very helpful and informative regardless of what section ..... Also great coffee & cake ....fabulous place to spend the afternoon.
This review is to acknowledge Casey's exceptional service in Mitre 10's trade section. We were a bit hesitant as we walked in trade section due to fact that we had no knowledge about timber, its usage and other related things. Casey guided us in selecting the right timber, cutting and shared valuable insights for our 1st DIY project. Made the experience effortless. Thank you Casey. 5 Stars.
