Today I visited Bunnings with my daughter to buy a cherry blossom tree. It turned out to be a little too big for my SUV, and I was struggling to work out how to fit it in. One of your amazing team members, Luke, noticed without me even asking and immediately came over to help.nnHe went above and beyond to assist me, was incredibly kind, and made the whole experience so much easier. His genuine willingness to help and fantastic customer service really stood out.nnA big thank you to Luke – he truly made my day and showed what great customer service is all about.
Had to return broken ryobi vacuum this morning. Very nice young lady on the service desk who was knowledgeable and friendly. I was also served by a young gentleman who was also genuinely friendly. It makes a huge difference as this is not the case everywhere you spend your hard earned money.nnI also rang and spoke to Lisa on the phone. She answered very promptly and and my inquiry dealt with efficiently and effectively. Very happy with service received today.
Just want to make mention of a wonderful employee you have at Bunnings Silverdale, Ray! She was professional, caring and valuing of her customers, putting them first. I returned a Ryobi lawn mower as I got the wrong one, she made the process smooth and easy - I walked away with the correct one. Thank you Ray!

I love hardware stores but this was the most unhelpful bunch of employees I've ever come across, it was like a retirement village without the knowledge. Nobody had a clue I spoke to 4 people and they all sent me in different directions.
