Had a bit of an issue with a freestanding wardrobe. It's interesting how staff make or break a place. Two staff were great in helping to resolve our problem. One definitely didn't want to help at all.
Just want to give a big shout-out to Karen at the Silverdale Bunnings special order desk! She was incredibly patient and professional, coordinating between me and Ryobi to ensure everything went smoothly. I was very impressed with the help she provided. The team at the front desk was fantastic too. Thank you for your excellent service!
Bunnings is our go-to store for home and garden needs. We recently got new door handles for the house, and the staff were super helpful in ordering exactly what we needed and ensuring we were completely satisfied. We nearly always come here for starter plants for our garden and small terracotta planters.
