Had to return broken ryobi vacuum this morning. Very nice young lady on the service desk who was knowledgeable and friendly. I was also served by a young gentleman who was also genuinely friendly. It makes a huge difference as this is not the case everywhere you spend your hard earned money.nnI also rang and spoke to Lisa on the phone. She answered very promptly and and my inquiry dealt with efficiently and effectively. Very happy with service received today.
Today I visited Bunnings with my daughter to buy a cherry blossom tree. It turned out to be a little too big for my SUV, and I was struggling to work out how to fit it in. One of your amazing team members, Luke, noticed without me even asking and immediately came over to help.nnHe went above and beyond to assist me, was incredibly kind, and made the whole experience so much easier. His genuine willingness to help and fantastic customer service really stood out.nnA big thank you to Luke – he truly made my day and showed what great customer service is all about.
4th Weekend i have tried to get into Silverdale store and there is no Parking with local rugby club events using all the parking. Bunnings making no attempt and making sure paying customers can get into the store. I spend a reasonable amount every weekend as i am converting a van, forced me to support Mitre 10.
Made a significant purchase of bbq & chargrill cooker. Big shoutout to Babs who has great product knowledge, problem solving skills, and excellent customer service. 5 stars.
Great bunnings store with a wide range of bunnings offerings. They have both a trade area and garden centre. There's a sausage sizzle on most weekends as well.
