Regular here as i enjoy having my pooch with me shopping in here. Kudos to the store staff who are always friendly to my dog on each visit. Just Alyssa at the cashier needs to be equal in her attitude to all customer not selected ones at her preference. Otherwise, we always enjoy shopping here ever since i know it is pet-friendly store except for columbus cafe in the store where inside cafe seating are not pet-friendly except for seating on Mitre10 grounds are, making it a bit inconsistent for shopping experience

I spend a bit of time at one of my favorite stores out West...Mitre 10. Almost always walk out with more than I intended, especially if I venture into the garden centre...and then the cafe for a flat white Last week I went to buy paint, but happened to see these great outdoor Nouveau 'fairy-light trees' on special $23.95they look awesome at night...see the pics . Recommend a visit, amazing range, super helpful and knowledgeable staff.

We got our Blackstone griddle today. The lady that helped us was very helpful and not very pushy. Wonderful experience.

The incompetence of the staff had me standing outside my place till 1am waiting for a locksmith because they cut 2 out of the 3 keys incorrectly. Not only incorect cuts but the one key was completly wrong brand to begin with comments from the locksmith. Sad part is the younger staff member called in another staff member whilst cutting my keys meaning 2 staff members were incompetent to be cutting the keys. Now I had to cough up the after hours call out fee for the locksmith who had to cut me new keys.nnSafe to say I will take my trades business elsewhere from now on.nnTrain your staff!
